Pathfinder GM Screen (P2)

Gave this to a friend for a gift and they loved it. It saved a lot of time didn't need to carry many books for the charts. Very sturdy as dm screen goes.

First, this is a GM screen, which are typically no frills things. And this is no different so don't expect this to be something it isn't. But, as GM screens go, this one is above par. First, the artwork. Absolutely GORGEOUS. The players will have some really great looking scenes to get and keep them in the mood of heroic fantasy, that's for sure. The screen is a landscape style, meaning it sits low but is extremely wide with 4 12" landscape panels you can bend into a "U" shape to keep your precious GM notes and dice rolls secret from the front and the sides. But where this product really shines is that they cram a LOT of excellent info into those four panels on the GM-side, including Condition Effects, Basic Actions, Damaging Items, Travel Distances and Costs, Generating Encounters, Armor Ratings, Weapon Information, and much, much more. While I'm sure there's a chart somewhere in the book not on this sheet, they did a great job of putting the things I know about but always have to look up the details for.

Every DM screen I've ever owned I've inevitably covered with custom printed out tables. Essentially this results in my players getting to enjoy nice art and I'm not better off than if I pasted printed tables to a stretch of cardboard. But THIS screen is fantastic! It has very concise tables with critical info in the fashion of a slide deck, where it's more for reminding you of what you already know as opposed to telling you exactly how it works. This saves a ton of room and allows for a ton of useful tables. And if you do happen to forget how it works the page number is right there on the table for quick reference. There's virtually no wasted space and I expect to be using this screen for a long time. Oh and the art is gorgeous.

Just got it today and and is great. The front artwork is awsome and simple at the same time. The charts are useful. I would like a little more random info but cant complain with what you got. The most impressive thing is the fact that they made it shorter. The old gm screen was way to tall and I have been waiting for them to fix it. So second edition did just that.

Great for quick stats in the position of the GM but also give you the privacy to stir up mystery and anticipation of the outcome.

My GM loves this screen. It has most of the basic stuff that takes a long time to memorize it. Like the conditions and basic actions. I think I might try it out running a session soon for some folks I'm trying to convert to Pathfinder.

Looks nice and very sturdy. Useful info, and a great place to roll dice behind.

Comprei-o por estar barato e, no final de contas era usado e vinha da amazon warehouse. Tirando um pequeno arranhão dentro dele está perfeito e pelo preço valeu a pena. Infelizmente com a subida ridícula dos preços e a pessima distribuição europeia da Paizo que, parece não querer saber deste continente para nada, a versão nova chega a custar perto dos 30€ (o mundo está cada vez mais cheio de "scalpers").Se tiverem a oportunidade comprem usado ou quando virem os artigos mais baratos.

It's my first GM screen and love it! I was worried it wouldn't be as solid, kinda of a floppy book. But it's a good hard cover that you don't need any other accessories to make it hold. As my group just changed to Pathfinder 2nd Edition and I'm learning the rules as we go as well, this contains tons of information on skills, status effects, combat and downtime activities and more. And the artwork on the players side is stunning. 5/5
