I bought this player for my wife. We're older and have been collecting CDs for decades so we have a ton of them. Our son bought her a Bose Bluetooth speaker and she wanted to play her CDs on it. This little gem fit the bill perfectly! It plays with beautiful sound from anywhere in the house. It gets lots of use, as you can imagine.My wife isn't technical at all and this player is very intuitive so it's easy for her to use.Customer service was great, too. We bought one that turned out to be defective -- it would turn itself off after just a few minutes. We returned it and had a replacement in days. The replacement is perfect.The Good:It's easy to useIt plays music beautifullyIt was not expensiveIt has good rangeIt doesn't balk or skip or cut outIt's small so it can go almost anywhereThe Bad:NothingI would buy from SwetLao again.

Well - our 2018 Honda Accord is without a CD player and 3.5mm input jack. Too the rescue - the Hott CD player with bluetooth. Simply - it works. Sound quality is what you would expect from a CD player (I do not think they vary very much) and bluetooth syncing is quick. Tested with my Yamaha receiver and with the Honda Accord. With the Accord, I have to use the controls on the player rather than the Honda console.CD player is shock resistant as advertised. Plays vertically without a problem so that it can be kept in side pocket of car.Device comes with all the cables you might need but oddly no batteries.

This is exactly what I was looking for to accommodate my massive CD collection. I am using it for the first time paired to a harman/kardon citation 100 which is a top notch stand alone bluetooth speaker. Popped in Flying Lotus' Flamgara fresh out of the wrapper. Sound quality is pretty damn good. Its early on so I may come back with a perfect 5, but I am having one concerning issue. The music periodically cuts out. Brand new CD so I have a hard time believing it's the disc. It's either a subpar CD reader or subpar bluetooth connectivity. It does improve with the Anti-Shock on, but still not seamless so far and the player is not being moved around. The speaker and player are probably 25 feet apart. Overall I am very happy with the device and I would recommend it at the price. On a pretty good streak of no skips currently, so I'll give it 5 stars.

The 2019 Kia Optima does not offer a in-dash CD player. Purchased this unit for that purpose. Like that I can connect it via bluetooth to the vehicle sound system while using the car's power outlet for the player. Dislikes: Hard to open and doesn't open wide enough to easily insert discs. Bluetooth has to be paired again every time you use it. Other controls are small as well, so it's difficult to manage when you are driving. Would benefit from a remote control. But at least I can play my CDs in my car now.Update: Bluetooth stopped working after 3 months. Drive stopped working after 6 months. It was handled very carefully, not subject to drops or other abuse. Completely useless now. Do not waste your money on this unit.

I love being able to play my CDs again! Works well with an external speaker. Sounds great. Inserting the CD is a bit difficult for me with shaky hands, but I think I've got it down now. User manual has very small print & hard to follow. Not sure how long the batteries will last. But it does give me back my music!

It's really convenient to have, the sound quality is excellent, it has stereo sond (goes ear to ear); and overall it's just really a great portable CD player to have! I bought its to replace my (not-very old but somewhat ungracefully aging ) so-called "boom box," which has lost a good bit of it's "boom" for something I haven't even had two years but rarely even use. This was a wise choice for a replacement, it's easy to use and the sound is terrific for something that is so compact and portable. I highly recommend that anyone purchase this CD player, it's terrific and worth the money you spend for it. You will get your money's worth from this little CD player, I'm sure. It's very well made and you can't beat the sound quality.

I liked the sleek look of the shiny black CD player. The instructions were easy to follow. A sample CD was included in the package and played clearly and with choices for rock, pop, jazz, etc. . Pairing with Bluetooth was extremely easy. The sound quality is really excellent. I plugged it into a small speaker and it worked great, then paired with my Bluetooth earbuds. I Purchased this device to listen to books on disk, and to not be tethered to the player with plug-in headphones. I would purchase this again and I would recommend it highly to anyone. It comes with headphones, power cable, operation manual. There is a place for 3 volt battery, but I won’t be using that function.
