Great for mam soothers
I bought these as I accidentally steam sterilised the mam ones and they melted... And these actually fit better - they're softer so easier to put on & take off. They do not spin though like the mam ones but I actually prefer that so I know what angle to aim them back in the mouth between flailing hands. I've used them with both rope & silicone clip attachments
