Cheap looking plastic case, difficult to install card
This unit comes in a cheap looking plastic case. There was no thermal padding included. The instructions show the need to wrap the thermal padding around the card with some kind of band (not included either). Fitting is difficult. To adjust the end clip you need to separate the two edge nubs by pushing outwards with your thumbs. You have to work this out for yourself. A squeeze mechanism to free a hand to control the card would have been better or a simple screw. You need an adapter to connect to your computer if you don't have a type C USB port.It failed to connect to my brand new pc. Windows message "Fatal device hardware error". I sent it back for a refund and bought the Asus Rog Strix Arion, which works a treat! Should really be no stars.
