I bought this for my granddaughter's First Communion gift and was pleased with it overall. The cross opens up to reveal a little white rosary inside. It is not an expensive rosary by any means, but it will serve the purpose. I wanted more of a memory gift and didn't want to spend a lot of money on something very expensive as I was giving her money as well, so this it the bill. Similar items to this cost much more from religious supply stores, sometimes double, so I was very happy to find something so cute that would serve as a token gift and remembrance. It was just what I wanted and I would purchase this again.

I gave this to my grandson for his First Communion.. He loved it... It’s a small keepsake for a memory of a special day!!

This Precious Moments item is a quality porcelain item with a lovely design. It does not look cheap at all, and it contains a rosary. (I cannot comment on the rosary since I did not want to open the clear package in which it was wrapped.) Although the box is a bit on the small side at 4 inches long, I do think it has room to store both the included rosary and a religious necklace and/or bracelet. It makes a fine communion gift for a young girl. In fact, I gave it to my best friend's granddaughter and she LOVED IT!

Great First Holy Communion gift!

I purchased this as a first holy communion gift for my niece. I was very surprised by the quality. It is an adorable porcelain box and comes with a decent white and metal rosary. The rosary had a bit of weight to it and was not plastic. This was a great, adorable, inexpensive memento to give for a first holy communion. I would definitely purchase this again. I received many compliments on the gift.

Precious Moments are adorable for any occasion. This ceramic box came with a black rosary. That wasn't the best quality, (I had purchased another better quality one). The box however is very cute, good quality and the perfect size to store a rosary. Well worth the purchase.
