The product itself is pretty cool for what it is lol and I'm a grown woman saying this. I assumed it was just a cool colored ball of gack-like, puddy. It pretty much is, but way cooler. It comes in a plastic spherical container which is nice this way there's a place to put it, but ours cracked almost instantly after wards. I blame that on human-error though.The colors are awesome.. they are metallic and shiny. And it isn't gross to touch. It isn't too sticky where it's annoying, but feels rather smooth. This would be good sensory for young kids (who won't eat it) or kids with (or even adults with) disabilities (dementias, etc)... I could really see it being beneficial actually... a sensure tool. It's definitely cooler than regular puddy or gack and I'd say good for all ages. I snapped a few pics this review.. my 5yr old said it looks like unicorn poop. Lol it kind of does hahaI bought these to put in goodie bags for my 5yr olds birthday party. This comes as a pack of 12...which is how many kids I initially thought were coming. Once the number started growing above the 12 that I had I decided to give these to the younger kids only. Of course this was before I actually opened any and realized how cool they are lol... I heard from 2 parents that had multiple kids at the party... both parents asking where they could get more because their kids were fighting over them. The kids from one are 4 and 11 and the kids from the other were ages 5 and 9. I was surprised to hear it...not happy that kids are fighting, but glad they were a hit.And they were inexpensive, so you can't beat it!Shipping was fast and the kids are happy.So I would definitely recommend this

I ordered these as favors for party bags and these are just fantastic. They were packaged to avoid damaged, so I didn't experience any cracked items. They are a little difficult for younger hands to open and close (my almost 6 year old had to ask for assistance.) The ball did crack after my son threw it on the ground. I don't consider this a defect, however, since most things crack if hurled to the ground. The cool part is that the putty is still usable even though the ball cracked almost a wee ago. These contain a good quality putty - very pretty and lots of fun. Also, you get a bunch for a reasonable price. Shipping was fast and packaging was good. Overall, highly satisfied with the transaction and product!

I was plesantly surprised with these putty balls. They are about 1.5 inches in diameter and contain just the right amount of putty for little hands. The putty is similar in texture to the slime that can be made with school glue and borax. It comes rainbow colored as the picture shows with a slight metalic shimmer. After playing with it for a while and mixing the colors it turned into a light metalic purple.If left out, the putty will dry out. The plastic balls don't stay together well after removing the tape that keeps them together in the package, but it's not hard to slap a new piece of tape on it if you want to use the ball as a container.I purchased one package as a trial and let my kids play with some putty, then decided it was a great "treasure box" prize for my son's kinder class and I purchased another box.

This was a soggy stinky mess. I'm not sure what happened to the "putty" - I received little hardened balls surrounded by clear foul smelling liquid. Some of the balls opened up spilling the liquid everywhere and soaking through the packaging. Not sure why they thought an envelope lined with bubble wrap was the best way to send these? I was hopeful that maybe they would reconstitute to a putty or slime but no such luck, just little balls the consistency of a rubber SuperBall (but these don't bounce). Anyway - these balls were not putty, not rainbow, and definitely not dazzling.

These were a great price and they were okay. Hard to open the containers. My five year old immediately placed the putty on his shirt and then it was a nightmare to get it all off. Cute and fun for use of a party, but do not expect long term play with this product. However, you can't beat the price.

I bought several bags of these as a fun thing to put on tables during an all-day brainstorming exercise at work. The idea was to give adults something to play with while re-imaging current business processes. It was neat to see adults playing with the putty while talking about serious matters. Everyone Seemed to be more relaxed than they'd been in previous meetings. After the meeting ended for the day, very few balls of putty were left behind. The participants snagged the leftovers so they would have something to play with at their desks - not for their kids as I had expected.The texture is strange - moist and sort of sticky. Sort of like slime. Yet I couldn't stop touching it. The individual balls of putty will not last for long. They lose their elasticity and seem to dry out the longer you play with them. If you are looking for "thinking putty" that lasts, keep looking. For inexpensive kids party favors or fun toys for adults during a workshop, these are great. I was happy with my purchase and the results. I would buy these again if I do a similar activity in the future.

Huge hit with classmates! Good slime texture, didn't stain things it was left on. Packaged adequately. Colors are cool before playing with, but gave only 4 stars instead of 5 because the colors blend into one purple like color after squished a bit. Sort of like mixing play doh will do. Overall very satisfied, no weird smells, perfect party favor!

I bought these to go in Christmas goodie bags for the kids in my class & they loved them! I can’t speak to the stretch, because the kids didn’t stretch it in class. They were mostly focused on the fact that this slime actually bounces!! (very cool)…& some girls didn’t want to stretch it & muddy up the pretty galaxy colors.I can’t speak to the scent. I’d say it’s just regular slime scent? I didn’t notice any special fragrance. Didn’t smell bad, didn’t smell good.Price was good for a dozen.
