This cheese is so amazing that I'll just tell you
so you won't have to order any and drive the price up. It is amazing! I had this in Italy 15 years ago and have been trying to identify and find it since. I have gone througha lot of cheeses over the years, but I got an international cheese book for Christmas and there it was. So smooth and silky with such a fresh taste. That's all you need to know so just move alone, nothing to see here.

Was a nice wow factor for my Christmas party and got a couple more as well received presents that again had a nice wow factor. Labeling is done completely in Italian which adds a nice authenticity. Very mild but intricate flavor that proves nice for everyone's flavor palette. Wonderful on crackers or to nibble plain. Would definitely buy again given the right situation.

Grew mold too fast
I don’t think it was packaged and shipped correctly because even though the date is still good, it turned all moldy and I had to throw 3/4 of it away. The part that we ate was good, but it was an expensive purchase
