Not sure about the quality of the products as they are dropped inside the iron filter and its working till date. But whether its functionality is upto the mark or not, regarding that I have no knowledge so I can't comment on that. But I can say that till date it has not got dissolved away and the product is available at unbelievable low price compared to what you will get from kent service personnel. One thing to mention is keep the balls in airtight container else it will absorb moisture and form slurry.
