Belt was very soft so this is not value for money and not for long time used

I can lift heavy when use this belt.durabality was great.u don't need another belt in your life time and very soft to your skin.those of my jym gower friend use this,they have same experience and they waited for me of there squat day or heavy deadlift day,for this belt.But when u want to buy this ,select the proper size, besause I ordered larze size,and it was very long to me,but it was my foult.

It's a good deal no doubt, one can go for this blindfully, although the manufacturer should focus on improving the Quality of the belt by making it little more beneficial, attractive, by adding one more holder, the present one with buckle is fixed, thus it is nice if they provide second one, which can hold the free length ofthe belt with adoptabality forwarded by covering top & bottom side of the belts in a professional way by adding one more pricess/material, of course after all this, the price part would also be considerable for increase, plz addup facility, increase the price by another 20% , it will be good for customer since you are giving a professional look whereas added quality

I won't say it's a great supporting belt when it comes to serious power lifting around 160kg+ but yeah tried my first day of squatting with this went around 100kgs with them, they were tight and firm. So if you're low in budget you can definitely go for it. Or else go for Kobo or usi lifting belts which people mostly use for competitions as well. But this is a decent belt for the price.
