Steampunkery: Revised and Updated Swellegant! Edition

I really love how the book is written in-character, it adds a certain sort of spice to it all, and the tips she suggests are things I hadn't yet learned even on youtube! The binding's not so great, however, I have to be very careful in my handling of the book.

The artist has creative and beautiful work, I was just hoping for more examples. More detail in instructions. Perhaps links to videos that offer more instruction or additional sculptures.

Expected a little more from this book. Purchased for my wife but thumbing through it, I was unimpressed.

Loved the content! Fun projects and interesting techniques...but the worst binding I've seen in a while. Open it twice and out come the pages. If I were the author, I would do a spiral binding version that can lay flat. I have a clamp holding my pages in. Five stars for the content, one star for the binding.

Great ideas and easy to follow instructions

I bought the original which promptly fell apart at the binding. Hoping this 'swellagant' version stays bound.

Love the ideas in this book! I think I can utilize them in other crafts. Well written and photographed !

Witzige Ideen und eine gute Schritt für Schrittanleitung macht es hier möglich den eigenen Ungewöhnlichen Stampunk Schmuck herzustellen oder sich einfach schöne Ideen zu suchen. Natürlich gibt es nicht immer die hier angegeben Materialien, aber mit ein wenig Suchen und gutem Willen ist auch hier schönes Arbeiten möglich.In diesem Buch pasen Idee, Desing und Beschreibung.In einigen Rezensionen wurde die mangelnde Bindung genannt. Ok bei mir ist das Buch noch nicht auseinander gefallen. Aber wenn ich mir den Rücken so ansehe empfehle ich keine Überbeanspruchung oder großes Umbiegen.Also 5 von 5 Zahnrädchen für ein witziges schöngemachtes Fimosteampunkschmuck-buch :-)
