The Best Paper Cutting Tools
I love the paper punches by EK Tools. And this is a circle but scalloped. Even better. It cuts great and is heavy duty so it should last a long time. All the punches I have bought lately are EK Tools because I don't want to waste my money on cheaper brands that don't hold up. EK Tools also have a lock on the back to lock them down so they don't stick up when you put them into storage. I store them in a plastic tub with a lid and I labeled the front of the tub so I can see it right away and it stays on a shelf in my Craft Closet.
