Fun Express Plastic Flamingo Picks

I used these in sandwiches and not a single one broke. They are adorable and I was impressed by their strength, especially after reading some negative comments from others. They are plastic, so I handled them carefully, but they went through the entire height of sandwiches containing: crisp bacon, turkey, thick cheese slice, lettuce, tomato, and small croissant. I pressed slowly and gently at first, and the bacon was obviously the item offering the greatest resistance, but as I did not have any problems, I was soon working at top speed and completed 50 sandwiches without trouble. They kept the sandwiches together for easy service from a buffet, and lots of people commented on how cute they looked. I hope this info helps!

I bought these toothpicks on a whim, as one is wont to do with such items. They're very cute in person, fairy sturdy, and perfect for serving tiny, light appetizers with. They're not very sharp on the end, so I wouldn't recommend literal "tooth picking" with these, but obviously they're designed to really be a cute garish for finger foods.

These are a little smaller than I thought they would be, but that was my fault. The description includes the dimensions. These are perfect to stick in the top of cupcakes or have next to a cheese board!

Perfect for my daughter's birthday flamingo party!! There were so many, we put them on cupcakes, in pineapple finger foods and still had extras to put on more cupcakes she brought in with her to school!! Adorable!

I am not using these for food, but rather as a prop for a 1/6 size doll (barbie, monster high, etc.) They are the perfect size and shape for the project I purchased them for. In theory, I need only 4 of these flamingos. Now, I have to figure out what to do with the other 68 flamingos, but that's a story for another day. They are a little pricey, and they are a little flimsy. I would not use them for food. They came quickly, and as described. The color is a nice, transparent, bright pink. They are flat cast molds, with one side being ridged with detail on the bird, while the other side is flat and smooth. I am not at all disappointed with the product. 4 Stars because of price and middling strength of the plastic.

Ok, I know that I'm not supposed to be getting high quality, but these are pretty chintzy. I think martini olives is about the extent of what they can get through. So poke holes first. They're cute but a bit disappointing.

My 2 year old snaps these in half just for fun, but they don't break with normal use. I'm keeping these as a new kitchen summer staple.

Boguht 3 packages of these for a charity event... smaller then i was expecting but will work out perfetly for cheese cubes! cant wait to use them... they are so unique.
