A Retreat Place in hard time
It is a solid and cute bamboo chair. With real human touch it creates a sense of retreat place for me. Very easy to assemble-actually just put two bamboo rods through the canvas and that is it. I did it in 2 minutes-including 1 minute reading instruction-- with my sprained hand. Whenever it is sunny, I sit on it reading a book and enjoying my afternoon coffee or tea-reminiscing life in Asia and a trip to Hoi An. Take half minute to fold it to indoor at night. It is very comfortable for me--I am a petite woman. Will order other products later. Suggestion to seller: 1. would appreciate if provide more bold color canvas replacement and matching bamboo/canvas foot stool . 2. I checked all products in your amazon store, most of them do not have dimensions marking on the pictures. 3. please pay more attention to customer review. Great Chair. Wrong Sling. No Customer Support.
This chair is well built, sturdy and beautiful, but the wrong sling was sent. I have tried contacting customer service and the Amazon number says they do not have customer support right now. I tried resolving through the app, but the button to submit isn’t working. I can’t even file a claim. Buyer be aware that if you do have any issues with this item it is unlikely you will be able to solve them. You are better off buying somewhere in person so you have customer service available to you.

Flimsy fabric/rough bamboo
Started return. Didn’t realize it was bamboo and not adjustable. Bamboo was not sanded/finished properly. Got splinters when I grabbed bamboo supports to get out. I’m short so size was okay but my husband who is 6’’2”, found it too small. Plus fabric was flimsy. Doubt it or the bamboo would survive a Florida summer. Disappointed.

Terrible
No instructions and no way to figure out how to assemble. Manufacturer and seller would not answer for help. Worst buy ever.

I don't like this chair and will probably sell it at our next garage sale. When you sit on it, you are facing the sky. Back is too far back and can't be adjusted. Very disappointed.
