This is a decent scale for the price. In order to get all the readings, you need to download the app and use it with your phone. Otherwise it just shows you the weight. I charged it when I received it. It’s been a month now and still works well with no recharge needed.

First shipment arrived , charged but never turn on.request a replacement, it is on while charging. Charge this thing for like 3 hours, and un-plug it for a test,it is not on once disconnect to the outlet.... meaning it will not work if not connect to outlet!?!!!why it doesn't tell on the description?? waste of time!!! will return !

I love this scale! It’s very nice and was SUPER easy to Bluetooth to my phone. Stays charged for weeks! This is actually the 2nd one I bought, as a gift. The white one is so elegant! Would buy another

This was tough to understand how to pair, and took several attempts, also hard to understand how to change it from KG to LB. For customers: The power button on bottom is also the selector. Most of the time when you change the selector it registers a weight so don't connect your devices Bluetooth until you have it selected to your desired weigh type. Overall this is super handy and I love that it has an internal battery!

Scale was scharged for about 24 hours or more before use but does not turn on.Only when on charger does scale work.
