Q: Are these heavy on your feet?

Not heavy at all. I have to agree the post below. My feet slide forward as well. These are made for wide feet. I wear a size 10, but my feet are narrow. Since there is no way to tighten the shoes my feet slide around. I wore them yesterday for a walk and my toes are really sore. I would not recommend someone with narrow feet to buy them.

Q: If for some reason the shoes don't fit can they be exchanged for ones that fit , and if so how will the exchange work?

I tried to exchange the one that didn't fit and was told it was not exchangeable. I was told to return it and buy a bigger size. The return was very easy, which I did and got the next size up.

Dear,this walking shoes/nurse shoes with mid-grade support,and the insole can be removed, you can adjust the arch height by changing different insoles

No, I would not, this is true to size. I even put an orthotic in my shoes for extra comfort and not all shoes accommodate that. Great shoe, I recommend this purchase.
