Does exactly what it should.
Size is what it is.. I wear a 7 1/4 and this is a little baggy on my head. Fit is almost snug in the elastic band, but i don't have a problem with it. Fits well under my hood and it doesn't cause any extra heat to get trapped. 9/10 Would recommend.

Fits nicely and works well
This fits my average sized head well and keeps sparks out of my hair.

Great quality for the price
This cap is made with quality material that stands up well to multiple washes. The only thing that set it back was the lack of visor which helps reduce flash burn to the eye from other welders.

What size is "one size"? 7 3/8 - 7 3/4 in the XL range
What size is "one size"?I measured mine. My head is 24" diameter at the hat line. It fits me utilizing the elastic. The elastic stretches about 1". So for hat sizes, 23" is 7 3/8 and 24 1/4" is 7 3/4. I think it will fit best if you are in this range. Sure, you could stitch in some more elastic, but the cap will probably look a little baggy. And if you go above 24 1/4" dia. the cap will start to be tight.UPDATE 1/27/15 - I washed this cap and it shrunk a little. It now fights tight on 7 3/4 head.

Cheap quality and cheap price
Cheap quality, spend a few more bucks and get something nicer.

Works great under hard hat
My head is normal size and it fits and works great for me. (when I wear a ball cap with Velcro strap I adjust it with no over hang on either side.) The cap is not to tight or loose. has elastic in the back that has play either way.

Would definitely recommend to a friend or family member
It comfortable and if something were to ever happen to this one I'd for sure but it again no questions asked.

For small heads with little hair
This is of good quality but not for those with a lot or thick hair. Fits very tight.
