As a migraine sufferer who is currently pregnant, I was desperate in finding good, quality supplements to help prevent migraines. I was initially taking coenzyme Q10, which did a decent job at migraine prevention before I became pregnant; however, once I hit my second trimester, it didn't work. My regular doctor recommended magnesium tablets with Riboflavin (vitamin B2) supplements in the past, which didn't really help (before I was pregnant). My OB/GYN recommended that I try them again. This time I tried the Nature's Bounty brand instead of what ever brand my regular doctor prescribed me in the past. The combination of the magnesium and this vitamin B2 has been working wonders for me. I haven't had a migraine in quite some time, so I'm very thankful for it.

B2... familiar round flat pill, slightly less than 1/2in.My doc prescribed B2 for me. Unfortunately, the brand the pharmacy had didn't sit well with me... the GI doc suggested trying another brand with different fillers that would be nicer to my gut.... so Im trying these. The ingredient that I chose to focus on is dicalcium phosphate; I previously had calcium phosphate. They are different, look them up on a trusted site. There are other options, but I'll start here.We'll see how it goes... update... 1 week later...For me, these are easier on my GI track. I did not check to see what other filler ingredients in these were different that my previous brand of B2. And, I cant help but think... if there wasnt so much filler, the pills could be a little smaller. They're not huge, but. lol.Truthfully, we're not sure if B2 is having the result for which the doc prescribed them, yet. If they are not having the desired effect, I will likely discontinue use, but only for that reason.You have to see what works for you.

I have migraines and taking a high dose of b2 every day. This quality is great. I like caplets versus capsules. The pill size is good. Make sure you drink enough water. If your urine turns fluorescent, you are dehydrated.

Nature's Bounty is a trusted source for good quality supplements. Capsules are as easy (or difficult) to swallow as other capsules. There is the added bonus of capsules being able to be opened and sprinkled on food, if you are not able to swallow them. I won't discuss the benefits of vitamin B2 but will say that I could feel a difference and the quality of of these is the same high standard as other Nature's Bounty products.
