This product is life changing, you will fall in love with this toilet. It has fully automatic functions which can be modified and customized to your liking such as the temperature of the seat, water and fan air, the water pressure and many more options. It has an auto open lid that opens when you approach and closes shortly after flushing, automatic flush or can be manual by using remote. The seat is heated and there is a pre-rinse feature to wet the bowl when you sit down. The odor suppressor fan kicks on automatically. My wife likes the easy to clean features and design. We have had one in our house for a couple of years now and have liked it so much we purchased a second one to put in our office building. Everything is included to set the toilet and mount the remote. Being a plumber myself and installing several over the years, I would have never purchased one until I tried this at a local supply house and now I don't want to use a regular toilet unless I have to!

This is a fantastic toilet! I don’t know how I survived before I bought it. The remote control is awesome, and allows you to customize your experience. The spray pressure is great, and is also customizable. My wife favorite part is the heated seat. It is hard to use any other toilet after using this one.

I first discovered this bidet here on Amazon. I was excited to see an affordable option in such a beautiful design. I like how modern yet tasteful the outward appearance is. Visually in a room, it's as pretty (or better) than a Toto. The only bummer is this; WHO is designing the interior shape of these things? There is a significant nearly-FLAT area before the internal bowl sweeps in to the drain. So, using a little deductive reasoning, how do you think that impacts the flushing action of the bidet? *Ugh* Yes... suddenly your personal toilet really IS your personal toilet. My "fix" for this, is to lay a tissue across the flat part before a big job. Sounds pretty ridiculous doesn't it? Well... after nearly a year with this thing, yes, it is... but that is the reality. So... on one side, I feel like I stepped into the 21st century and have the cleanest bum in town, but on the other side, I have a toilet that doesn't flush as effectively as pretty much anything else out there. So... 5 stars for bum-washing... and 2 stars for doing the thing toilets are primarily designed to do.Why did I post this review, for a product that Amazon no-longer sells? Because on plumberstock they have ONLY glowing reviews of this bidet, from random names, and the reviews are all short one-liners or whatever... i.e. I don't trust them to be from real people.In the first week I wanted to replace every toilet in the house with these, by the end of the month the reality became clear, and now, while again, I love the functionality as a bidet... I'm glad this is the only one I bought as a toilet.

I found that way you need to hold down stop button and then hold the bottom pic toilet close at the same time to star close automatic 🤩 read the instructions pag 10 from the remotes control instructions

I have a few medical issues that makes this bidet a must have. The customizable features is a total plus.
