Failed in less than 1 year. Poor quality.
Hydraulic Fluid in this motor mount apparent leaked out, which caused excessive vibration (even though the rubber still looked OK).Replaced it with a different brand. Terrible quality.... You'd expect a motor mount to last longer than only 12,000 miles / 1 year.

Perfect fit for an 08 town and country 3.8l
I installed this on a 2008 3.8L town and country. The installation was easy. Jack up the engine. Remove the airbox with a couple firm tugs. Then the whole area is open and easy to work on. After replacing a couple mounts it seems like the van is more solid.
