can not upgrade video card, or power supply.....makes noises..... Sound keeps going out..Terrible!!!I thought I had resolve the problem with the sound. NO and the Support agents at Dell are no better. I hate with a passion that I bought this PC. A waste of money!This is October 30 and I wanted to give an update. Dell gave me the run around again. I spent three days on call with them. On the third say three calls one lasting four hours and no resolution.I then after the last call proceeded to call the warranty company. unbelievable they put me through with one of their tech, who resolved the sound problem. Now for the 13 time my screen has frozen with an error message, that ends only after I turn the CPU off. The pc was purchased in June, just four months old... Hopefully they will help again.Today is November 2. Dell sent out a Tech who replaced the motherboard. 45 mins after the Tech left, the pc froze. Call dell at once, hoping they will resend out the tech, but instead , was place on two hold with a length greater that 15 mins. I contacted Amazon who in turn with get with the seller, If I get a favorable response I will update comments and score.

The Dell Vostro performs well for the price. The SSD allows Windows 10 pro to boot up quickly, and the SATA drive provides lots of additional space for other applications and data. The size is perfect for a small tower platform, but unfortunately there are no extra slots or bays if you need to add other devices. I consider this a minor inconvenience. There are several configurations offered in terms of capacity. I have only had it a short time, but I have had no problems with it to date.

I bought this PC since it has 32G RAM. Could not find other with similar price. However, it crashes several times with 10 days. I search internet and seems it is related to drivers. I turned on crash monitor and then it only crashed once. This is the first PC I had that crashes so early. My other PC works fine for a longer time without crash. Even if it is the drivers fault, Dell should have better quality control.

I got my computer very quickly and the set up was incredibly simple. The computer is everything I hoped it would be, and best of all, it's very fast. The seller is quick to reply to queries, as well.

You can't beat the SSD Drive. Totally silent and fast, quickly boots up in seconds. I bought this computer for my business. It is a workhorse and I have not had any issues with it after 3 months. The pc is slimmer and lighter than my old one, taking up less space. It should, however, have at least two more ports. If I want to charge my iPhone I must remove the usb drive that stores info not on the pc.

I've been using my new pc just for 2 weeks but so far it's been great. Fastest computer I ever had. The packing was very good and arrived in perfect condition.

Great computer for regular home office use. Comes with the essentials like, word, excel and power point. I don't see the purpose of a DVD drive, but its fine I guess. No internal expansion options, so I have to look into an external hard drive.
