The media could not be loaded.  I bought this in May / 20, received it in June, and used it for the first time in July / 20 to clean three windows of approximately 2 square meters each. All good at first use, with a level of cleanliness as expected, not overly clean but a good help.In the second use, to clean three more windows, the "robot" started having problems moving to the left, and generates a noise (vídeo) that shows damage to the gear of the lower wheel (closest to the power cable).I find the internal components of poor quality, surely plastic.Very disappointed! I hope the seller will either replace the product or refund the cost!

Got this for my mom, she told me this the best Christmas presents she ever received. Not even it eliminates her chores, it also kept her away from climbing ladder. Especially for the windows that is unreachable . This window cleaner robot cleaned wells without missing a spot, that really impressed her a lot. Always a great idea to place the machine at the top of the windows and work way down. It will be helpful to spay some glass cleaner products on the window before it begins. After it cleaned, you can really tells the differences. I have provided a picture while this robot is in process of cleaning my slide door. works awesome. shine

If your windows are dirty, and you get this expecting instant results, you'll be disappointed. However, if you understand that there are limits to this device, you'll get along famously with it. I ran this once a week on dirty windows, and yes, the first few times the windows were streaky. Repeated uses left my windows sparkling clean, with only a tiny bit in the corners that needed my attention. So like any other robotic cleaning appliance, let it run multiple times before you judge its effectiveness.

This window cleaner robot works very well. I have it work for a month. It's great! You just need to fully charged before use it then you can leave it to clean the windows. It saves time for you can go to do something else. But make sure you there is nothing around the window cause it has a cord you need to plugged in for it to work. Anyway we love it and it really does clean job. No more dirt on the winodows.

When it arrived the plastic ring that holds the cleaning cloth was broken so it will not suction to the window.

Hello, I have bought FENGRUI R-C901 Smart Window Cleaner Robot on DEC 21. for my daughter as a xmas gift. Unfortunately my daughter came back from the other country later than expected. She was able to open my gift on FEB 24th only. Then she was trying to clean the windows. The robot job is very bad. The windows become just dirty with round stains. We are very sad.

I Loved this little guy... did an ok job... but dead as a door-nail after 1 month + 10 days is simply not acceptable.The lights come on as if it will work - the wheels turn - but the Vacuum is simply dead - no sound - no suction.The Vacuum died in mid-window... Vacuum just stoped in mid-swoosh - done.

The media could not be loaded.  Love this product. It’s a little bit complicated to set up and sometimes falls down but it’s so entertaining to watch that one can forgive these things. Does a pretty good job on the windows. Tho i do see some circular residual marks left it’s still cleaner than before on my shower doors. So I’m happy.
