Good Quality For a Great Price
I have been taking inositol powder for a number of years now. I have tried many different brands that were high quality and also expensive. This inositol powder is very good quality and the cost is fantastic compared to brands of similar quality and purity. In my non-professional opinion this product is as good as brands that you can only get through a doctor. Overall this inositol has completely exceeded my expectations...excellant purchase.

This is a great nutrient
I had been taking the product Lexapro for some time . It ceased to work and I wanted to get off the ssri roulette wheel . I read about this nutrient and it being at least as good as ssri's for some people . It has worked well for me . I suggest you do some research first . I am not a doctor . I am just reporting it worked for me based on the info I read If you have depression issues and I do then it may help .I take two level teaspoons twice a day in juice as recommended . Good luck

Quality Suspect
Powder does not fully dissolve. It has an off taste compared to other sources of inositol. Seller lied in response to my complaint to them. They said that they put the powder in water and that it fully dissolved. I also asked the origin of the the powder - corn, rice, GMO??? They only responded "grain." Their label is misleading stating NF12 & FCC Quality - whatever that means. I would not order this again. Very expensive for who know what it is. And it's probably GMO since they did not deny that it wasn't.

I love this brand
I've been using this for about 2 years, and have found it very helpful. I had major problems with OCD and anxiety, and have found much relief. I take 2 teaspoons three times a day, which is about 18 grams total. I do have issues with gas and loose stools, but if I keep my doses at least 6 hours apart, that helps. It helps my daughter with special needs from having meltdowns. They were daily before we started this, but are rare now. I love this brand, because their shipping is so fast.
