Bought this product for use at work. We have a microwave but I can never seem to find time to make food at home and bring it. I now keep some dry pasta at my desk. If no one is going out for lunch I can toss some pasta in the microwave. The instructions say not to mix sauce in the container so usually I use a separate bowl to add some marinara or cheese.The words on the side of the container are in Japanese but they include English instructions on a piece of paper inside. The lid has a handy circle you can use to measure your pasta (I eat a lot so I use a bit more than the suggestion). The plastic feels like a high quality with a thickness greater than your average Tupperware. The water fill line is great. When I first bought the product I was worried about the water boiling over and making a mess. I left the container uncovered and it didn't even splatter. The strainer is a nice touch too. In a workplace there isn't much room to store a colander so having all you need to cook in one piece of equipment is efficient. Our work microwave takes about 15 minutes to cook the pasta. There is still water in the container so the top of the pasta doesn't dry out. Very easy to clean.

As a college student living in an apartments, I often cook for myself. I was pretty skeptical at first because I see ads about random products all the time, but I saw my friends ramen cooker and I just knew I needed something like that. That's when I found Quick Pasta. When I first used Quick Pasta, I didn't even think about cooking as I went back to my schoolwork. With this pasta cooker, I could spend all my time working instead of making sure my pasta didn't boil over. The clean-up was even better; I didn't even have to put any effort in cleaning as a quick rinse was all the pasta cooker needed. I have cooked several This pasta cooker has already saved me a lot of time paying attention and cleaning dishes. The only thing that bothers me is the small size. It's hard to cook for a large group. Other than that, this is definitely the one of the most useful things I have ever bought.

I did not receive the product as pictured which was one of the reason I ordered this and not another. I received a green top and in addition it is cheap, it looks cheap. Can it be used? Yes, but that was not the only reason I chose this over others.

I was pretty skeptical when I first got this product but having a quick pasta maker would be great when I am tight for time. So I ordered this pasta cooker and this product is great. It has small holes to drain the water out so that you don't have to handle spilling pasta while trying to get the water out. the downside is that this product can't cook a large amount at one go for party of 5 people or more. Other than that this is awesome and I'd really recommend it!

Quality product in perfect one person size. More instructions in English would be appreciated. I'm using this for package ramen noodles and also for enough pasta to make side dishes.

It works great. Just remember, leave the top off while cooking and cook at 50% power.

Pretty good for cooking pasta quickly. I've used it in the morning to cook some spaghetti quickly. Works great! Wonderful product! Took about 8 minutes to cook the spaghetti pictured.

I expected a more substantial plastic, the item appears to be a one-time use container.
