Good quality ratchet at a good price

Good ratchet but had to oil, was stiff / sticking when used.

Nice quality product, strong build and comfortable to handle.

Poor ratchet mechanism. I binned it 👎

Smooth action (added a drop of oil as it was a bit stiff out of the box - it wouldn’t go into reverse from the factory so I opened it up, cleaned with cellulose thinners which evaporates in seconds, and I used a drop of bicycle chain lube into the mechanism- I use this in most of my tools as the “shear” effect is crucial - “lubed” (not oiled as I don’t use oil - it attracts grit and shortens the life of the tool!) (3 drops / soak it in for 24 hrs and keep turning the tool so the lube gets “everywhere) but lovely now it’s properly “lubricated” and has been used. It had never slipped or jumped a tooth so you can tell it’s pretty good ! (Cheap ratchets keep jumping teeth and gears - NO suggestion that this ever will - it’s solid and precise !)

Unfortunately this is the third and final one of these I will buy. The wrench is part of a set so I needed the same one to fit into the box.The lever that changes from loosen to tighten snapped off, all three I have bought broke in the same exact same way. The first two lasted just over a year, the final one lasted just 5 weeks.The seller of this item is selling USA spec wrench, not UK spec. This means DeWalt Uk won’t repair, replace or refund the item.The only way to get a refund is to return it to the seller. Since the seller claims DeWalt are responsible for it and DeWalt say the seller is responsible for it and neither will accept responsibility it’s a lost cause.So now I am stuck with another broken wrench that is under manufacturers warranty but the manufacturer won’t accept responsibility.Oh well.

I’m a DeWalt fan and typically will purchase this brand over any other if I can. It’s reliable in terms of performance and longevity, well built, heavy duty enough for my purpose, and withstands the test of time. The grip and length are perfect for me, and I feel it’s a good value for the money.

Owned it for a few months. Used it like three times. Went to use it today and it was seized. Direction selector also seized. Still works but doesn’t ratchet so it’s more like a micro breaker bar now. Pick something else.

A catraca possui mecanismo bastante preciso e a cabeça tem um design bastante compacto, facilitando sua movimentação em locais apertados. O encaixe quadrado possui o mínimo de folga. Ferramenta realmente impressiona pelo acabamento e robustez. Trata-se de uma ferramenta bem diferente do que se encontra no mercado nacional. Vale cada centavo investido.

Muy practico el tamaño, puedes hacer mucha fuerza sin miedo a romperla, es comoda de usar, llego con pequeños golpes pero para lo que se usa no necesita estar bonita, muy buena herramienta

Molto soddisfatto, leva lunga e resistenza adeguata.
