The Discerning of Spirits

Very nice book, kept me intrigued and plan reading it again soon. (With that said, I don't read many books twice)

Good quality, easy read. A must read for those who desire to be set free!

Helped guide me to a closer understanding of the Christian /Holy Spirit role in deliverance. This book gave me the needed understanding.

I got this eBook as research material for a book I am writing about spiritual gifts. It was a quick, easy read on the subject from someone experienced in the exercise of this gift.As with all of his writings, Frank Hammond uses simple language and illustrations from his personal ministry to define and explain the gift of discerning of spirits. He also talks about how it works with other spiritual gifts. Hammond cautions believers against common errors in contemporary ministries--including talking to demons and following prescribed patterns in deliverance. He urged readers, instead, to rely upon the Holy Spirit and this gift in dealing with evil spirits.At the beginning of the book, the author says that all Christians are called to spiritual warfare. At the end of the book, he leads readers through a prayer to receive the gifts of knowledge, faith, wisdom and discernment, so that they can do so.If you are curious about spiritual gifts and would like to learn about discerning of spirits from someone well acquainted with it, this book is a nice introduction. It is brief, to the point and easy to read. It's also quite reasonably priced.

I wish it was more written it's so good before I knew it I was done and I study on the Scriptures given for even more understanding Hallelujah

Great book

I enjoy all of their readings. Information lines up with scripture. I have learned that demons are real and not to be played with.

THE BOOK WAS VERY SHORT BUT VERY INSIGHTFUL! YOU CAN PROBABLY FINISH IN ONE DAY BUT THE INFORMATION IN IT WILL LAST A LIFETIME!
