I used for the first time in France and it was so powerful- quick to heat up, amazing steam flow and wrinkles released so fast! I bought because of the dual voltage so that it would work in Europe. Love it for that. However, when using it in the United States, it takes much longer to heat up and the steam flow is not at all powerful and didn’t get the wrinkles out of my clothes. For reference, I used it on the exact same items to compare and couldn’t believe the difference. If you are buying this for Europe travel (where most hotels don’t have an iron) than go for it! But if for use domestically, skip it. There are better options out there.

I needed a dual voltage steamer for an overseas trip an settled on this one. It’s large and requires precious luggage space but it’s totally worth it! This creates so much steam, I can get more garments wrinkle free and faster.Pro tip - do not overfill with water past the “full line” - hot water will squirt everywhere.

This is good steamer but a bit on the large size for a carryon when traveling on airplanes. I can put in my checked luggage or use it at home.

After ruining a couple that said they were dual voltage and were not, I can say this one truly is and is so easy even a husband can use it! Just remember to turn the little switch back depending on where you are. Easy to pack, light weight and worth the little space it takes up

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this to take with me to Europe, after extensive research. I followed the instructions and put in water without exceeding the max line. After it heat up, it started spitting out water. So, I did it again, but this time put in less water than the max line, and it did the same thing. Once it stopped spitting out water and I could use it, it only steamed for 30 seconds before it ran out of water. I did this three more times, and I got the same results each time. I attached a video, showing with my finger where I had filled the water. This is useless and super inconvenient!

For the price and size it does the job pretty well. It is portable and the dual power setting does.come in.handy.

I bought this steamer for a trip to Iceland and Ireland, can't handle wearing wrinkled clothes. It took a while to heat up compared to the one I usually use but it worked great.
