Q: would this be suitable to use for pain in the top of the hand for extensor tendonitis?

I found this useless for hand pain as it didn’t support my hand at all and my problem is between the thumb and the wrist so the pain radiates through my hand as I try to hold anything or move my hand. There is no real support for your hand other than on the outside edge. I also found that even with thin wrists and large hands the hand section was huge so there’d be no chance of it being able to offer any support other than to my lower arm and wrist.

Not enough support for carpel tunnel

Q: I have a 15.5cm wrist but small ends at that size and medium begins at that size, which size would be best for rsi in wrist at 15.5cm?

A size M as these are strong compression and if wrist has swelling painfully tight.
