Can be assembled by VERY elderly female (alone) wearing a bathrobe.
The box was too heavy for me, so I opened the end with the claw side of a hammer. I transported each piece of wood to an old badminton court for assembly. After reviewing the instructions and identifying the pieces, I located my favorite 45-yr-old phillips head screwdriver. While assembling, I made certain all the wooden pieces were located so the screws pointed down and I could bend over and apply all my weight to screwing them in. It was fairly easy. One day was very hot and the next day it rained, so it took me short segments of three days to complete. All the pieces fit together beautifully. It is done and filled with organic soil. Additional bottom slats can always be added, if you are dissatisfied. Anyone who can read and follow instructions, you should be able to assemble this item. Its durability remains to be seen.Update: The vegetables and berries I planted are making great progress. It is necessary to water less than once per week ( in HOT weather) as the greenhouse prevents the water from evaporating.

Good Raised Planter- Intermediate Assembly
The finished product is as pictured. It is untreated wood. So for my Florida weather I think it needs to be sealed or painted in order to last more than one season. Northern locations would definitely need to bring the planter indoors to winter. Assembling is not for the faint of heart. I recommend good hand strength and intermediate assembling experience. The instructions say no pilot holes are needed and they are not provided. But a small starter hole was necessary especially since many of the angles were difficult to screw in. You cannot use a drill or electric screwdriver because the tools are too large to fit into the space required. I am very experienced with tools and woodworking projects. This took at least two hours to assemble. The screws look to be stainless but the instructions don’t specify. Casters are high-quality metal and rubber, not plastic, so I believe they will support the weight of dirt and plants pretty well. The bottom is just slats of wood. A landscape fabric liner is included but the slats are not snug. I plan to use this planter for containers instead of direct soil. There is a lot of extra space on the bottom to arrange the slats which could allow soil to fall through with watering. I am considering plastic trays to protect the bottom slats. The slats would be easy to replace if they rotted through. All in all pretty happy with the planter. The greenhouse attachment is very nice and easy to assemble. I will be replacing the plastic cove with bird netting as my weather is usually too hot for greenhouse plastic covers. I did think the planter a little bit expensive for something so labor-intensive. The kit included: 4 powder-coated metal leg brackets with caps and 4 casters, 6 long boards, 18 short boards, screws, and the greenhouse kit.

Great Product!
Love this product! Ordered a second one from company cuz sold out on Amazon, but didn't realize it didn't have the reservoir. Keeps the bunnies out, but not the squirrels. Definitely for hard surfaces cuz wheels will sink into ground. Growth great initially, then seems stunted, but i think too much sun and its all organic with no growth chemicals. Next year I’ll have to learn more about planting and sunlight requirements. The reservoir gives off a strong plastic smell in the sun, but once covered with soil, I didn’t smell it.

Lovely planter and greenhouse cover.
This is a fabulous planter. Height is perfect for tending to my herbs. Love the greenhouse cover which allows you to roll up the zippered side for full access to the plants. Definitely a two-person assembly. Power tools were needed to hasten the setup. Very eye-appealing and my neighbors have said how nice it looks. The wood has a nice grain to it which is aesthetically pleasing. The greenhouse cover will keep the bunnies from eating the herbs.

Easy to Assemble and Mistake Proof
Happily surprised to find how easy this was to assemble - read the directions, take your time, but it's hard to get confused. The smaller pieces of wood that form the short sides and the bottom are the same size, and the long ones are significantly longer, so there is less to get confused. The top has varying sizes of rods but it's easy to figure out - and the diagrams are helpful. I used a small battery powered drill for the screws - all screws the same size. Really well thought out and looks beautiful. This is mostly a review on the assembly and product, since my vegetables haven't matured. I planted 3"-4" potted veggies (spacing suggestions are on the planter instructions). Some of my veggies may require more depth - we'll see. But it's definitely deep enough for herbs and smaller veggies. So far, so good. Love it!

A great starter garden!
I purchased this for our deck (our ground soil is not good for gardening) to plant some herbs and start some tomato plants. It is perfect for this. I like that I can roll it around easily. The cover was good too when we had some cool nights earlier this Spring.

Poorly designed
This planter does not look anything like the picture. There was a big hole between the slats on the sides and the bottom also has space between the slats. The only way to use this planter is to line it with plastic and staple it in so that the dirt won't spill out every time you water.

Perfect
Love the height! Looks wonderful in our back yard and the critters are finally leaving my plants and vegetables alone 👍🏻
