I have this stereo headphone adapter connected to a pair of Sennheiser HD 558 headphones and it works as intended.I continuously connect it between my receiver/amp, laptop, desktop, phone, and iPad and I notice no deterioration in sound quality or any movement of the adapter itself when connected.The weight and feel of the material itself feels nice and solid.Overall, I'm really satisfied with this adapter.

I got new Sennheiser headphones; they're great, but unfortunately don't fit in my desktop or laptop. This adapter did exactly what I needed. It's solid, feels and works great. The connection is tight and doesn't wobble or fall out, even though it sticks way out farther than I would like it to.

Purchased a set of headphones for my husband for Christmas to go with his electronic drum set. When it arrived I realized that the plug was waaaay too small. Found this and it was mailed promptly and works absolutely wonderful. No popping or cutting out of sound. Nice and clear.

Just what I needed to go between my good over ear headphones and my Ipod/Ipad/Iphone or any other standard aux. For the new Iphone with only the Lightening connector you'll need another adapter to take the lightening to the 1/8 female, then this one to take to the headphones. Strong, tight fit, works perfectly.

I been needing a replacement for my Sennheiser HD518 that I accidentally broken for a while, however, fair warning. Not sure if all models of this product are the same or not but mine came not fitting tightly. This wasn't an issue as the audio still was able to play through it but after sometime (few months) I started to notice issues where'll the sound would go in and out the first signs of wear and tear somewhere.My wires needed to be adjusted in order to stop audio issues, from only able to hear out of 1 side of my headphones, to inaudible sounds, etc. Believing that it might of been my replacement wires (headphone to adapter) I prepped to order another one but forgot I had purchased another headphone adapter that for some reason has issues playing sound thru my ipod but no issues when connected to my PC. I used this (which fits tightly as it should) to find out if it's this adapter was the culprit and sure enough it was.My guess is since it does not fit at all the wiggling of normal wear and tear became too much for it causing audio issues. In short I would not recommend this and to return it back if yours comes being able to wiggle it. By all means purchase the original and save yourself the headache as the original for me lasted 3 years compared to this which did not even last a year (purchased June 2020).
