Really nice couches for the price! Very comfortable and the internal structure is quite robust. The leather on the seating surfaces is very pleasant. The Amazon delivery service was free (Prime). Assembly and set up was quite simple. Essentially just had to unbox, attach the seat backs, and connect a few electrical cables for the headrests and power connection. We actually purchased two of these couches for our family room. A local Ashley furniture store sells the exact same couch for $500 more than Amazon. My only, and it's minor, gripe is that the electric recliner controls are located on the sides of the couch and are placed a bit lower than I think is convenient. When fully reclined my wife has trouble reaching the controls to bring the seat back upright. We'll see how they hold up over a few years of use.

We absolutely love our couches! We purchased (2) I was a little skeptical because we had never bought a couch online. Great quality, sturdy, and so comfortable! We are a tall(ish) family, (not petite) and these are perfect! My husband assembled them. One large piece, with the (3) head rests. You have to connect the wires and headrest to the motor. Directions were not very good. It took him a little bit to do it, but once he was finished, we were completely thrilled! We priced checked these couches on the Ashely Furniture web page and Overstock.com We saved so much buying on Amazon! We would definitely recommend!

Delivery took about 3 weeks. The shipping company contacted me about a week out to schedule delivery. The delivery was timely and professional. The box looked a little abused but the couch is in perfect condition. Assembly was just connecting the backrest cables and sliding the backs on. The leather feels very soft but durable at the same time. This couch is extremely comfortable for me. I'm a 5'11", 285 lb guy. Even the middle seat is comfortable and feels like the end seats when they are not reclined. Laying longways on the couch is comfortable too. The motors for the recline are whisper quiet and stop in any position. 10/10 would buy again.

This couch is beautiful but flexes very easy also pops when you raise legs up or down. Motor is a little loud but the worst is that after only 6+ months the dye has rubbed off at my husbands head on his side. We where told this was bonded leather were your body touches ( we do not believe it is ) we bought Ashley's brand before and the leather has lasted 15+ years and the leather looks and feels different. They definitely don't make furniture like they use too ! We won't buy another Ashley again

I ordered this couch from amazon and it showed up a full week early. I had an appointment for it and fortunately I was home to receive the delivery when it wasn't expected yet. After unboxing and putting the couch together (you WILL need 2 adults for this!) It works as desired, is very comfortable and seats nicely. If you have cats however, they WILL try to play around it and they WILL scratch the leather. This is probably common knowledge and I knew it would happen when I bought it but I'm going to complain about it anyway because nothing is perfect and they destroyed my last fabric couch also. Overall it's a good buy and I'm glad I purchased it. .

This product is made by Ashley and available thru their stores at a much higher price. Assembly was easy and everything work properly the first time. Our family has used this daily for the past few months and it works flawlessly. The mechanism is quiet and smooth, unlike similar units at La-Z-Boy. Great value.
