My granddaughter has been wearing these for almost a year now. I've never noticed them riding up, whether it be the legs or the crotch. She's never once complained about them either. The only thing that bothers me about these is that the tag is on the outside of the shorts, but since she only wears them underneath her dresses, I'm not overly concerned with it.
