These shorts are comfortable. It does make you sweat. Made of good quality material. The pockets are a plus for holding phone or keys. It is high-waisted but wish it came up about 2 inches higher. They are knee length and that’s ok for some but I prefer them mid thigh length. I normally wear a medium but ordered a large because I am curvy. It fits good.

These are legit neoprene, so they are great for sweating, but are obviously thicker and a little more rigid than normal workout pants. That said, I find them super comfortable. I am a medium and they fit perfectly. I just run on a treadmill with them, so I don't need a lot of flexibility, but I can stretch in them with no problem. You don't realize you're sweating until you take them off and they are heavy with sweat. Awesome.

My first time buying this Sauna Shorts and I honestly liked it. I tried it on, but I will wash it first and will see the difference. It is comfortable for a fabric like that, I can move properly and felt sweating already. What I liked also is that it stays in my hips without goin down like other leggings. I have a big hips and that is one of my problem with wearing pants and jeans. I am size medium to large. I get the large one and fits perfectly. I am excited to wear this for working out esp walking and running. Highly recommend it esp for moms.

5'2" / 185lbs / Usually wear an XL women's leggings and workout pantsI bought an XL, the waist and legs fit great. The length goes over my knee about an inch but not a big deal (bc I'm short I have the same issue with other biker short length shorts). I've been using it for about 2 weeks now. I wear it everyday underneath my regular clothes and workout clothes with no issues. I love wearing it when I'm working out, my legs actually break a sweat. It makes me sweat and is pretty comfortable, I forget it's there, besides a little noise it makes but it doesn't change the effect. FYI - I've put it in the washer a few times now and no tears or rips. I just let it hang to dry.

They fit great on me but doesn’t make me sweat much and I walk 2-4 miles in a day. So I’m really not seeing results.

These sweat shorts do the job. They keep my muscles warm and moist which has eliminated all of the cramping. Putting them on is like putting on a shorty scuba suit. They are tight, as intended, but once on they are very comfortable and do the job. In fact I have been wearing them for my Taekwondo classes for a month & they are actually just a little big now; not big enough that I can go down a size but big enough so that I notice when donning them. Hey! They work, what else is there to say? Update 7/19/23 - These shorts are still going strong. I wear them under my uniform for Taekwondo and with over a year of wearing twice a week, they still look great. They are not as tight since I'm more toned than I was a year ago but the neoprene has held up well and retained its compression. I love them! I see questions about sizing by weight but that is such an inaccurate way to determine true fit. Get out a tape measure and check your waist and hips for a true fit.

The fit was just all around horrible not good for short legs they smelled awful looked very bad makes you dislike your body even more if you're on a weight-loss journey I don't recommend them at all returning mine

this is my third purchase and the last about a year and a half. Definitely will buy again.

amazing i didn't believe it will make a difference but after 3 rimes i can spot the difference in burning fat around the areas i need , good price too , fits well for high waist lovers and comfortable as it has stretchy fabric , makes you look even slimmer and the quality is strong fabric
