I just took off my acrylics nails wondering if I could use this to buff out my nails??

You can but it may be too abrasive. Filing with a regular fine file may be better for them.

How to change the sanding pads

Hello, dear friend, you can pull the sanding bands off directly. And as for the sanding bands, only the Mandrel Drill Bit is compatible with the sanding bands. If there is any problem, please do not hesitate to contact us. Any questions will be responded to professionally in a timely manner.

Just got this and the large barrel doesn’t fit all the others do, is there a replacement?

Can you send a pic of what barrel you have mentioned. I didn’t have a problem using it.

Is this unit compatible with any other nail bits? If so which brand?

Yes any brand should work as long as they are the same size nail bits
