These are lightweight, sharp, and peel like a dream. Don't do what I did and put them through the dishwasher though, as it causes rust and irreparably dulls the blade. Luckily, I only did this to one peeler and still had the others untouched in the package. I've been hand- washing them and they've held up nicely.

Makes peeling potatoes and carrots a breeze, able to work faster. Only con is it rusts easily so hand wash and rinse when done using

I just made my third order of these peelers since 2018. I still have and use a couple of them. My friends liked them so well, I have them some of mine.

looks good, works well but rusted like hell after 2 uses which makes it absolutely useless

Perl’s veggies great but tends to rust when I put it in the dishwasher to clean, so now I hand clean and dry right away and no rust. Product works great.

Loved the weight, handle, easy of use

Pros: Set of 3 so I can find one in the drawer when needed. Blades are sharp.Cons: Handles are small, ok for me but difficult for my husband to use. "Hollow" handles aren't substantial, if I apply too much pressure, the blade pops out. I was able to reassemble though. Need to dry immediately after washing, blades rust if left wet too long. Will hand wash instead of dishwasher from now on.Conclusion: Don't think these will last long. Quality makes them feel like they will be disposable.

These peelers are the real deal! The blades are sharp and fit in your hand perfectly. The packaging CLEARLY states to hand wash, so if you see reviews about the peelers rusting...you can be assured that the tragically obnoxious beta humans have no place in any kitchen. I use these peelers for the citrus garnishes on my craft cocktails and am more than impressed...so..if peeling carrots and potatoes are all you need these for, you’ll be happy you won’t need to purchase another one for quite some time.

You would think peeling technology would have peaked 400 years ago when the potato spread across the European continent. But you would be wrong. These little buggers are amazingly sharp and are much more effective than any peeler I’ve used in the past 4 decades of cooking. More cookware needs to be this effective at this price point!

I was sick & tired of my Oxo good grips peeler clogging up so bought the Kuhn Rikon set of three. Works like a charm but does take a much heavier cut than I have been used to.

This peeler is small, light, sharp and very easy to use. It is made of carbon steel not stainless steel. Thus it requires special care or it will rust. It must be washed by hand shortly after each use and dried completely immediately or it will rust. It cannot be placed in the dishwasher. If you can live with these extra care needs, it is a great peeler. Recommended by ATK.

Used these before,; hard time finding; having found, am VERY happy BUT...am issuing a much needed warning....BE CAREFUL>>>VERY VERY SHARP!
