i bought this so i could put it on my bike keychain and it works flawlessly, it took maybe 30 seconds to hook it up to my craftsman garage door opener and it has worked perfectly since i have noticed that you do have to hold the button down for about 2 seconds for it to activate but that doesnt bother me, it also has some decent weight to it so it doesnt feel cheap or like it is about to fall apart. i definitely will be buying more in the future

I liked this so much I bought a second one just now, a year later. Programing it was simple. All I had to do was go to the wall mounted opener and on/off control and hold the light on/off button AND the Opener button while holding the button on the Remote Control. Easy as pie.I needed a small powerful remote control for my Craftsman 315 MHz Model 139.53985 garage door opener. It has a purple "learn" button on it which is used to 'train' new remote controls.This was perfect. It is small enough to add to my key ring and comes with a clip to make it very easy. It is much smaller than the other opener I have in my other car. I'm glad I found it and would recommend it to others.

It works great on my Craftsman 1/2HP

It connected once, now it won’t connect again and my garage door opener is 16 feet in the air. So, it’s junk cuz I’m not getting a ladder out and connecting it again.

Very happy with this purchase. It was easy to set up and it works great. It has better range than our old garage door remote and it is smaller and more convenient.

I ordered this item to put on my key ring, so I would not have to leave the standard remote in my vehicle, which is usually parked outside. It turned out to be even smaller than I expected, and easier to carry in my pocket on a key ring. It is much smaller than the key fob for my other vehicle. I had to replace the battery a little more than 6 months after I got the remote, but it was a simple procedure with a very common type of battery. I expect the name-brand battery will last longer than the original, but, if it does not, replacement is quick and inexpensive, and the convenience of the remote is worth it. Pairing the new remote with my garage door opener was a simple task. The signal from the remote seems fairly powerful, with a range of around 100 feet.

This was simple to program and I love that I can keep it on my keychain. When they built our garage they didn’t put a remote inside the house. This has been so handy. It also needs to be held down to activate so no hair trigger like the larger remotes.

Product has a good range for working at a distance compared to factory remote.

We have had it for a week or so, easy to pair with our garage door motor. We have a Lift Master opener, it has the purple button on the unit and 20 sec later it was paired and working. It only took 20 seconds because I didn’t read the directions. Reasonably priced and would recommend.

Beautiful look, small foot print, easy to pair (in 5 seconds), use CR2032 battery.The reason I took away 1 star is because the effective distance is shorter than the original one that came with the garage door opener (when they both use 3V battery).

Used it once and now it does not work.Will return even if it is just batteries.
