Acoustic Audio RSS8BT Powered Bluetooth Indoor or Outdoor Sandstone 8" Rock Speaker Pair

Should have heeded other reviewers opinions on connectivity issues. My speakers were dead out of the box. Manufacturer told me it was probably a bad power supply, but they were no longer manufacturing these speakers, so he couldn't send a replacement. Luckly, Amazon stepped up and credited my purchase back even though it was past the return window since I had just removed them from the packing box.

Last Update: Miss Kelly customer service support assist me buy switching out the broken pair with a new system. Unfortunately the replacement system was defective as well crack on the frame and screen. That’s ok let miss jelly know and she sent me out another system as sent back the second system. New system arrived, hooked it up and back in business even now for the holidays as we plays songs for about an hour with the Xmas lights. Thank you Miss Kelly for you hard work and great customer support. Update: last week October doing yard work turn them on and only 1 speaker working? Removed speaker wire and put it back still only one working. Unplugged the one speaker that you hear from and the one not working plays the music where you have to put you ear up to it to hear anything. Reconnect the other speaker and that’s the only one working. I’m plugged the power source for about 10 minutes then plugged in and paired it still only one working. Emailed customer support hopping for a easy fix and we and our neighbors love it when we’re out playing our music. Been fantastic for the summer gatherings. Hate to have no solution to fix this was thinking buying another set for the backyard. Keep you posted!WOW! Box arrived fast and package contents pack securely inside. Took them out and set them up in our garden on foam rock boards. Plugged them in homed in on the Bluetooth and played first song kick start my heart by Motley Crue! These out great quality sound and easy to control the volume. Now these are my first pair of rock speakers I have bought from acoustic audio by gold wood. I replaced a broken set that I purchased several years ago from another manufacturer I respectfully will not name. Acoustic Audio have knocked it out of the park with these and I am extremely happy and satisfied. If your in doubt don’t be get these I got the RSS8BT and connected them with the recommended speaker wire CL3 16 gauge. Get this sound system for your out door entertainment! You won’t regret it!

Speakers sound great and were very simple to hook up and install. Have had an issue with connectivity since the time I turned them on. Can’t be more than 20 feet away and with a direct line of sight to have a clear connection. If I pick up my phone or put a towel on top of it to keep it in the shade it will start to break up. Pretty frustrating and disappointing.

NO WAY THESE ARE 100FT BLUE TOOTH. START LOSING CONNECTION OVER 15 FEET WITH NO INTERFERENCE. WE HAVE DECK ON ONE SIDE OF POOL AND SPEAKERS ON THE OTHER SIDE AND WE CANT CONTROL THE MUSIC FROM THE DECK. THEY SOUND GREAT WHEN THEY WORK THOUGH. IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING. IF ANYONE HAS ANY IDEA ON HOW TO EXTEND WIFI, I AM LISTENING.

Great sound, but bluetooth connectivity is horrible. Phone has to be within 5 ft.

These speakers work great for a couple months then they quit. I've bought 2 sets and both only lasted a few months.

This is our second set, each time they last 6 months and then stop working
