The best money I've spent on the ender, but you need to tune your settings...
I bought this and some upgraded springs in order to get much better bed levelling, which I now have. However probably the best thing about this is how easy it is to get the prints off and the fact it doesn't leave any imprint on them. It's actually hard to tell which part was touching the surface now.The one word of warning...get your settings right! My first few prints didn't stick. For PLA I'm now using the following with success every time:Initial layer settings:210c nozzle70c plate5mm/sExtrusion 103%Remainder of print:200c nozzle65c plate50mm/sExtrusion 100%Then make sure you let the plate cool right down before you try to remove the print.

Must have for Ender 3
Let me start off by saying it was delivered on time and was well packaged. Now for the plate itself. this has to be the number one first upgrade for any Ender 3 owner. after a very frustrating couple of days of things either not sticking to the build plate or needing to have the extruder so close to the build plate i risked a blocked extruder causing really bad first layers, the printer nearly got it self put outside!.I did the usual internet searches but everything pointed to auto bed leveling devices? but did notice a lot of people had moved to glass for their build plate due to the bed being warped. so, quick Amazon search and this plate was on my Ender 3 in a flash. The bed leveling was very easily done with a post it note, with a tiny bit of adjustment during my first print, the adhesion is fantastic and the release when the plate cools down is amazing!A must have for any Ender 3 owner.

Well Worth it
I am new to 3D printing and have just purchased an Ender 3 Pro, this had what I believe is the normal dip in the centre of the bed. I bought this to even the bed out which it has. The adhesion is great once you get your settings right for the material you are using. My normal setting for PLAs are nozzle 200-210, Bed initial layer 70 then 60. The red PLA I have I had to higher the bed temp to initial 80 then 65. My temp display is about 8 degrees out when checked with a surface temp probe, so bear that in mind. You will have to work out what works best for you. As someone has said, on the larger prints you can actually hear the "crack" as the print releases from the bed. You can see from the photographs the quality you get when you get everything right and also as you can see I use a small USB fan to cool the bed. Overall for the money it's a no brainer if you have an uneven bed like I did. Well worth it.

Decent but not quite perfect
I replaced my magnetic bed out of necessity. I'd been printing ABS and the bed didn't like the high temperature and fell apart! This glass bed appeared far better. I initially had adhesion issues and read that I should wash it in fairy liquid. I did that, issue sorted.People say that printing on the non textured side should work too but all my prints lift.I've attached the bed using double sided tape which works really wellOnly complaint is that it has quickly developed pits and according to my bed leveling, there is a bit of a dip in it!

Does nothing more than an ordinary glass bed without a glue stick.
3 prints in and the prints do not stick like claimed in the advertisement. Cleaned the surface and still no different. Printing on and ender 3 pro in an enclosure. PLA warped, PLA+ warped, PETG or ABS will not stick at all unless you reeeaaaally smush the first layer into the bed and then it warps. The first and second prints stuck like limpets to a rock. The third was ok, then the warping started so I started moving smaller prints to unused/less used parts of the bed to get the adhesion. Now everything warps. I now use the reverse side with no coating with adhesives or tape. This is the last gimmicky print surface that I will buy.I have come to the conclusion that a glue stick/ hair spray or blue painters tape works best for most of my prints.

Poor bed adhesion and warping, not flat.
Bought the glass bed for my ender 3 to ease cleaning of the print bed.Prints sometimes stuck ok to the bed but suffered warping that I didn't encounter with the previous stock ender 3 bed. Also forget resuming prints once the bed has cooled. The print detaches from the bed after it cools and slides off when printing resumes. No amount of cleaning with isopropyl alcohol, bed adhesive spray, adhesive sticks etc would cure this issue. The bed was also warped and dipped in the middle.Returned for a refund and back to using my original one

A pain in the glass, but you get used to it
doesn't include clips for the base, and is thicker than original so can't be reused.Takes some getting used to. I spent hours trying to get this to work but kept getting failed prints. I tried all sorts including glue stick, sandpaper and thorough cleaning until I found cranking up the bed temp to 80 and tweaking the 1st layer to be thicker and slower made it stick. I now get good adhesion and when the bed cools the build slips off with ease.Id still go with the original bases if you can as they are far more forgiving unless you want the smooth base on your build that this plate provides

Great flat bed really good adhesion.
I bought this as my Ender 3 Pro bed was significantly out of whack. The glass did curve to the warped bed somewhat when I clipped it on (as the centre of the original bed was the high point) so I had to put some shims under the corners. Please note that this bed does not come with any clips to attach it to the existing bed, £1.50 later at the local hardware store and it was easily fixed though although if you're reading this before buying you may want to order something ahead of time. The adhesion is exceptional. Ive printed 3 things so far with PLA and a bed temp of 50* and its been perfect, I have printed fairly large pieces too (150mm diameter). I suspect that the coating will probably not last forever but then at this price I think it would be fair to consider this bed a consumable, I'd certainly have no issue buying another in say 6 months (depending how much you print?) hopefully it won't be sooner.Obviously it takes a little longer to the heat to filter through to the bed so a bit of preheating is always a good idea.
