The company reached out and contacted me after I left my review the other day. They asked for my Amazon Order Number and address and then shipped a brand new microphone to me!!!! I received it last night, charged it and then used it today. That they took the initiative to contact me ups their rating to 5 stars. They are proactive and friendly and easy to work with.This microphone is awesome and wonderful. If you read to the end of the original review, you will see that I say that. I love this microphone, my students love the clarity of it. I use it mainly on pool decks, both outside and inside, so the quality is key to my instructions being heard. This microphone does that.I am very happy with this product. Thank you.**********************I purchased this wireless microphone from Amazon a year ago. I use it once or twice a week to teach a fitness class for an hour. About two month ago it stopped working. I was able to “re connect” the receiver and the mic. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Mostly it will start working and then stop. I left the two pieces on to completely drain the battery. I recharged it and re connected it for my class today. It lasted 38 minutes before the mic died. I would think that the mic should last longer than 50 hours of usage over a 12 month period. Since teaching is how I make a living, I take very good care of my equipment. I have a padded case for it, it gets charged regularly, and it gets turned off and put away after every use.I have tried to contact this company. There is no easy way at to contact them and no one picks up on their chat line. I am hoping that by leaving a one star review that they will reach out to me.When this microphone works, it is awesome. All my students love it when I use this mic over the others that are at the facility where I teach. The sound quality is great, when it works.

EDIT: the seller generously replaced the defective mic, and the replacement unit works well. Minor sound issues occur when the mic is too close to another speaker (playing music), but that’s avoidable. Sound quality is good considering how inexpensive this mic is.ORIGINAL: I purchased this mic in May 2023 as a back-up. I broke my very similar KimaFun mic (that I had used for the last two years) and was so happy I had this Bietrun one ready to go. Despite it being fully charged and in a small room without obstructions, it does not work well. Sound is very spotty (on/off) and static-y when it does work. We moved the speaker, tried using it as a handheld mic, etc to no avail. Not sure if it’s because the speaker adapter doesn’t work well or if it’s just defective, but I can’t use it.

I am a PE teacher and use this microphone everyday at work. After having the microphone for a few months I was having issues with it causing static and contacted the company because I was past the return date. The company was super quick at responding sending suggestions to try. The suggestions did not solve the problem, so they sent me a new microphone which arrived in just a few days. The new one is working perfectly and I am happy with the quality!

I originally bought this for a an event where I was standing, teaching/talking, vs doing a lot of moving and jumping around. It was GREAT! It was easy to set up. Connection was crystal clear. It did exactly what I needed. And if I had written my review right after that, it would have been a 5 star review. I put the microphone away in case of future need, and moved on.Fast forward a couple of years, and the wired microphone where I teach fitness classes, primarily Zumba and Bodypump, started having serious issues, and management was taking a long time to troubleshoot. I remembered that I had this microphone tucked away, and brought it in for my personal use. For reference, I teach 2 - 4 classes/week, depending on the week. I did have to put a rubber band across the back so it fit my head more snugly, but then it was HEAVEN . . . for 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, the place where wire around my head meets up with the plastic piece became very loose, and the microphone is bouncing around. It's still usable, but I'm expecting that, given how rapidly the issue manifested itself, that it will likely worsen. I'm going to try using electrical tape to try to stabilize it, but I'm not sure this has the durability needed for a fitness class where one is doing jumping jacks and other high impact choreography.

I purchased this headset, as I am a fitness instructor so will use it multiple times a day. It came very quickly! I charged it up and was ready to use. The sound quality is awesome and the range is even better. However I charged it for the next day and when I turned it on, it only worked for about 15 minutes and then the adaptor died. I tried a few troubleshooting ideas and it didn't work so I reached out to the company directly. The responded in less than 24 hours and were fantastic. Michael had me try one more thing and when that didn't work they sent me out a new one and I had it 2 days later! It's hard now a days to find a company that not only backs their products but also has incredible customer service. Will absolutely continue to purchase from this company in the future.
