OIVO Xbox One Controller Charger, Fast Dual Charging Station Updated LED Strap, Remote Charger Dock - 2 Rechargeable Battery Packs Included

I’ve always been a fan of trendy looking gizmos which actually work as expected, if not better. I appreciate the design aspects of any good accessory but I’m always a bit cautious as to the potential to then overlook key functionality features by making it look nicer. Thankfully, this is not the case with the OIVO Xbox One Controller ChargerFirstly, i must comment around the box and packaging. Very nicely put together, and compact. I was worried, initially when it arrived, as it seemed very small, but as you'll see later in the review, this was not a negative.Also, credit where credit is due, the manufacturers Oivo provide a lovely little welcome card in their box, with support numbers and expectations from their side as to how they hope you will love their product. As someone who is familiar with the gaming industry and the greediness which takes place here, it's a nice and welcome change to see a company care about the opinions of their customers.In addition to its stylish design, this not only works and functions like you would fully expect with a charger, but it also tells you (very explicitly) when the charging has been completed, which for someone like myself is a massive bonus, and I’ll tell you why.I have a semi stylish looking charger stand for the PS4 and that still pales in comparison to this. The easy to work application as well as the ability to slot the controller for charging without feeling like you're going to snap something, which is something I've seriously struggled with in the past! (I've had charger stands which literally wanted me to force the controller in!) Let’s go back to the element of it telling you its charged, just for a moment.It’s light and easy to read design of red controller meaning not charged and green controller meaning charged, is not just simple and to the point, but brilliant to look at. Now, with the PS4 charger I mentioned, though it “tells” you it’s charged, it does so in an ambiguous and non-explicit way, which is why I like the OIVO styled products a lot better than your normal main stream ones.The price of the item is not extortionate either, coming in very nicely at just under 20 pounds, you could be forgiven in thinking it’s not top tier – which it certainly is. It's quite tempting to judge a product based on it's initial asking price, but i'm glad to have gotten past that biased and managed to truly try and use this product, before making a call as to if it's worthy or not.And this charger overall, putting it plainly, is one of the best, if not the best controller stand feature for my consoles that I’ve used to date. It’s not hard to figure out how to set it up, nor does it take up too much room. Those of you with limited space will be grateful for its nicely overall design, which makes perfect use of it's purpose and why you would want to be purchasing it in the first place (No OTT side bites that don't add value!)Playing Devil’s advocate here, I try to always put something constructive on anything I look to review. In the chargers case, the only thing I can even begin to critique, is the fact it doesn’t come with a plug socket wire, only the USB. This is of course, easily rectified by spending an extra few quid and ordering one. To summarize - If you’re looking for something affordable, stylish and does what it says on the tin, then this product is for you. I’ve had a fair few controller chargers in my time (Which I hate to admit) and this is most certainly the nicest one I’ve come to experience. Just ensure you purchase a USB plug adapter if you intend to plug it into the mains, otherwise you can simply plug the USB into the console.Overall score – 9/10

Honestly, the product is great. The only issues is there is no way to charge the second battery whilst the first is in use. This is because you need a second controller to put weight on the battery pack to initiate the charge.Luckily I have two controllers but it could be a problem for people who have one.Battery life is great, charges fast and the LED indicators are pretty sweet.

This product does not fit in the Xbox one X controller only in the older model for xbox one. And i don't now if it fits in the new xbox one S because I only have the X

So first, why did I go for this docking station over others available?Style and price point.I have been using a venom unit for a few years, it was big and ugly. The batteries didn't hold much charge, and it used an old style USB.This one has a slim design, the batteries have a good life, they are quick to charge, not too heavy, it's good value for money, and the light display is clean and bright.The battery pack is well designed, and sits in your controller perfectly. I like the way the controller docks with the station, and it fits perfectly next to my xbox.The use of a standard USB charger was much better than the venom one, as if it got damaged I have plenty lying around from old phones.No need to buy disposable batteries anymore, and you can charge a spare controller while you play.To end this review I'd certainly recommend buying this item.

Pretty decent. Got it for my son. We both had the Venom chargers and was going to get the same again for him but these looked cool. The feature that allows you to charge the batteries without the controller is nice. All I would say is the green led ring is pretty bright so when he goes to bed, he unplug it but its a great charger Dock. I hope the batteries are long lasting, the Venom batteries are excellent so that's the only thing I will keep an eye on over the next year.

The product itself is great and charges well. I had an issue in that one of the two battery packs was missing from the box. However the company were very quick to respond to my messages and offered either a complete refund for a return of the package or a partial refund for the missing battery (which I opted for). It was a shame about the missing battery but replacements can be purchased and I appreciated the fast and fair response from the company. I would recommend both them and the charger.

Like another person advised. It dose not fit the new xbox X series control battery pack. It only fits the older xbox controller battery pack. Returns postage was to expensive and not worth it as I got it on a deal price so I will give it to my nephew. Shame and disapointed as it advices it is compatible with service X but it is not!

Excellent value for money for a well built and stylish charger. The battery life is more than sufficient, the look and feel of this is incredible considering other options available.I have had this for a while now and have experienced no issues, play time on a single charge is excellent with enough time to experience uninterrupted gameplay.Would definitely recommend!

Very good product, highly recommend. You won't have to spend any more money on controller batteries, the only problem is that you need a USB to wall block, that is not included in the package, but overall this product is AMAZING!!! It arrived two days early as shipping was very fast.Update: Been using this for months, and let me tell you, this thing is amazing, about 2 hours to charge, and it lasts for about 3-4 hours, longer if you leave it for a while. The red light indecates that it is charging, green means nothing is charging, or it's fully charged, it was WAY smaller than I thought, but it is a true power house, definitely worth the CAD30 I spent on this beast, OIVO knows how to please people.Update mid 2024: had this thing for 4 years and its still going strong, its a beast. Also what I mentioned before about no wall block being included, you can just plug the usb into your xbox. Buying batteries is so stupid and you’ll save so much money using this thing. 10000000% worth it.

The media could not be loaded.  Un prodotto perfetto per chi ha problemi di spazio! Piccolo, compatto ma anche bello da vedere, la striscia verde conferisce al caricatore un aspetto a dir poco accattivante. Basta collegarlo alla corrente tramite l’apposito cavo usb ed il gioco è fatto! Materiali di ottima qualità. Nel giro di poche ore ricarica completamente un controller scarico e si può vedere lo stato di ricarica degli stessi dalle icone a forma di joystick presenti nella parte anteriore che si illuminano rispettivamente di rosso o di verde! Decisamente un prodotto valido il suo prezzo!

The package comes with one charging dock and two rechargeable batteries. The batteries are a perfect fit in the Xbox One X controller, right down to the trim. Good manufacturing tolerances. The battery packs themselves are 600 mAh. They last about 1/4 the amount of of time as AA batteries. But that's plenty of time for a gaming session and since it comes with a charger you can just drop them in the dock at the end of the day and they'll always have a full charge the next time you pick them up.The charger itself can charge two controllers at once. Each charging bay has its own indicator light which turns red when the controller is charging and green when it is full. The charger is powered by USB. It doesn't come with an AC adapter, but you can plug it into one of the USB ports on your XBox One S/X. Or any other USB adapter.Overall this is a good quality controller charging station at a very good price. For less than the price of a single "official" rechargeable battery you get 2 batteries and a nice dock. It even has cool green LED illumination around the base. Recommended.

Cela fait quelques jours que j'ai reçu ce nouveau chargeur pour manettes Xbox one.Il est compatible avec toute les manettes Xbox one et rien que ça c'est déjà un gros plus.Pour un petit prix d'environ 20€, il les vaut largement.Je suis un gros joueur et j'avais besoin d'un système de charge moins contraignant qu'un simple cable micro usb.Ce produit à répondu à toute mes attentes, le fait de pouvoir charger deux manettes en même temps m'a permis de continuer de jouer sans me soucier du fait de brancher le cable pendant une partie.J'avais juste à prendre la seconde manette.Livré dans une petite boîte aux couleurs vertes, bien protégé et bien calé..Contenue du pack:- un chargeur de manette- deux batteries- cable usb qui sert d'alimentationÇa fait quelque jours que j'utilise maintenant le dual charging dock de chez Oivo et rien à dire, la charge est rapide, des petits voyants vous signale quand il y a une manette en cours de chargement (le voyant sera rouge en cours de chargement , une fois la batterie chargé il passe au vert) .Rien de plus simple, les batteries tiennent sans problème mes longues cessions de jeux.Je vous ai mis quelques photos pour visualiser le beau design du produit.Je recommande ce produit et je vais surement acheter de nouveaux produits pour mes autres consoles.J'espère que ce commentairevous sera utile pour votre choix d'achat.
