Makes cooking roasts so easy. Works great
Bought a new Frigidaire stove and didn't get a probe so got one here and very satisfied with it. Have used it a number of times and roasts have come out perfect. This oven allows you to set the target temp you want to stop cooking then the oven stops cooking and holds at 170-deg F. Makes cooking that much easier. Time will tell how it holds up, but very satisfied with this purchase.

Good replacement probe
I wore my original come-with-the-oven probe out. Completely. The cord separated from the plug. This replacement works great, solid price, and even has a case to store it in so the cord doesn't get damaged in the drawer. Extremely happy with this purchase.

Not at all accurate with my Meile Oven
Fit properly and read the ambient temperature correctly so I assumed that it worked. Finally got around to using it in a prime rib roast. Reached an internal temperature of 110 way to quickly so I had my doubts. I tested the actual temperature with a thermometer I trust and it was really only 80 degrees. Not even remotely accurate.

WORKS with my Wolf Steam Convection Oven!!
My meat probe failed for the second time and I took a chance on this even though it doesn't list that it works with Wolf Steam Convection Oven. Well, it does! Wahoo. 15$ instead of over 100$. I'll take it. I tested the probe with two other thermometers and they were all within .5 degrees of each other. It's accurate
