Very good.
I got hooked on mio after a recommendation for keto mixed drinks. While I hate it mixed with booze, the sport formulation is a tasty way to replenish electrolytes, chase off a headache or recover from a hangover. I would say orange is my husband and my favorite but grape is a close follow-up

Tasty and Keto Friendly!
I purchased this because it is enhanced with electrolytes, and because honestly I'm not a huge fan of water. I wanted something that had a nice flavor and helped with my keto journey. I was really happy with the flavor and the value of this purchase. I like the grape, and it is not too over powering. I'm drinking my water, thanks MIO!

Good hydration option
This is a good way to improve the flavor of your water and get better hydration. The flavor is good, not great and has something that lingers that I don't like. This is not the best option in the MIO lineup, but I really like some of the other options. This is good value and I would buy it again.

Cures Hangovers
This stuff is amazing at curing hangovers. Just squirt some into a cup and a little water. Sure, it will taste salty, but it's a safe and faster way to get those electrolytes rather than chugging a Gatorade. I usually squirt a few squirts in my mouth if I've been drinking all day.

tastes great
This is convenient and tastes really good. Unfortunately, it raises my blood sugar the same way as a sugar based sweetener would so I cannot use it again. If that's not a concern for you you should be very happy with this.

Water goes down so much easier with added flavor and electrolytes
I just add 4 quick squirts to my recycled 20 oz pop/sport drink/water bottle full of COLD water, shake and yum! I'm off. It is way cheaper than store-bought and the grape flavor is good so I will cooperate and stay hydrated. Win-win, right? BTW, the grape is not overwhelming, like some brands.

Convenient but weak tasting flavor
I like the concept of the Mio Brand. It makes it easy to flavor some water wherever you are because you can always fill one up anywhere and then just bring the little bottle of Mio with you. The only drawback I have is the flavor is kind of weak (at least to me). This means I have to use a lot at once to get the desired flavor of the water. This can kind of make the bottle go relatively fast. That’s where I think the value is lost.
