These are a necessity for any outdoor event! I read a lot of reviews complaining that they broke or didn’t fit and I believe that was user error. They are meant to be tight so that the table cloth stays in place. They are definitely tight and can take some work to get them on certain tables, but if you do it right, they work. You can always stretch them with your hands first, or even put them in boiling water to loosen the plastic some and then stretch them out. Even if you break a few trying to figure out the technique, you have plenty left! I think these were a fantastic deal!

I read the reviews of some saying they broke. I ordered anyway because it was a 72 pack and I thought well even if half break its still worth it for the tableclothes to stay in place at my sons grad party at the park. Well not one clip broke even though the picnic tables were very thick and the clips went on kind of hard. I even had my aunt aunt ask me if she could have 4 of them for her table at home. :) I say go for it. These were worth every penny

You will be amazed at how well these simple clips do the job! I certainly was when I used them at a family event on 10 sturdy picnic tables at a state park. These were solid, thick picnic tables. I thought for sure the clips would break as I stretched them to what seemed beyond their limit. But not one of them broke. It was a windy day and not one table cloth broke loose once secured with these clips. They worked so well that I recycled them to a guest who was planning her own outdoor event. No need to throw them away as I am sure they can be used again and again!

Worked out for the shower held table cloths on picnic tables

I used these on our outdoor table last year and I used them again this year. They work perfectly! We have horribly high winds here during the spring and summer, and I like to use table cloths on my outdoor table. If I don't use these clips, the tablecloth is gone with the wind. I put 6-8 of these on my large round table to hold the tablecloth on and they haven't failed me yet! I use the clear, and you can hardly see them. I would recommend these to anyone for any purpose. I have plenty on hand, in fear they may quit making them.

Just used these for the first time this weekend. We have a lot of outdoor parties where I work and the table cloths were often flying up, over, off. I was using pretty rocks to hold them down until I saw these. They clip onto the ends of our banquet tables in two seconds and hold the covers on. Yesterday it got very windy and everything held. Will buy again as I assume they could break if someone takes off the cloth before noticing the holders.

I am a preschool teacher and use these to hold tablecloths on while we eat, paint, use playdough, and do various art projects. They stand up to 16 kids pulling them on and off, and I have been able to use them over and over for the better part of two years. For the price, this is a great product. Some do snap occasionally, but (like others mention) there's 72 in the pack!!! Two inches is about accurate for how far they will stretch, though. If your table is not extremely thick, do not debate buying this... Just do it!

This review is about the product not the price, shipping or customer service.These clips are a 5 out of 10 at best. If you have cheap table clothes it will rip them. Also some of them broke on a 1 inch picnic table. Those that didnt break right away broke as people sat down and maybe moved the tablecloth a bit. I got 72 clips for $7.50 so the quantity for the price was good.
