Helps compressing the ball
5 hcp golfer here. This is a very simple and easy-to-use device/training aid that just works. Of course, you'll have to work with it for a while to build muscle memory. You'll want to mostly just hit half shots with perhaps a 7i to begin getting the proper feel. (hands forward through impact) As we all know, flipping is no good and produces weak shots. With a little work, you can overcome flipping and get back to (or start) compressing the ball at impact. Watch some videos on YouTube. You'll see. Keep it simple for a better game.

Great Training Aid!
I do agree with the fault of this being that it only fits properly on men’s clubs, and even then it is still loose, but that isn’t necessarily needed to achieve a proper swing. In my opinion, if you have the correct grip, the Chip Stix will stay on the club. It isn’t too uncomfortable for me to hold it in place as it is a thin rubber. I specifically use this for chipping and putting.

No Flipping Way!
It's not that impressive looking out of the box, but the Anti-Flip Stick is probably the best device I've ever used attempting to cure my lifelong flipping habit. Once attached to whatever club you wish (preferably a short iron at the beginning), the device trains you to keep turning your hips throughout the downswing, rather than stalling at or just before impact, which almost always results in a flip (clubhead passes the hands at impact). You absolutely can't make solid contact on a day-to-day basis unless the hands precede the shaft/clubhead at impact. The idea of the stick is to make sure the end of the stick (opposite the one sticking in the end of the club) doesn't hit any part of your torso on the way through. Even if you think you don't or won't, you most likely will, because probably 90 percent of amateur golfers have the problem.

Does not stay on the club
Agree with others that say it does not fit the club well and falls off easily, especially when it bumps against your side, which is what it is designed to do. I had to clamp it on.

Better than holding an alignment stick
Was on the verge of returning because it wouldn’t stay on the end of the club but was able to settle it in by not pressing so hard against my body on the takeaway and within a few swings I could see and feel the correct plane. Helped me see I had been taking the club back too far inside which caused me to top and shank. My takeaway became more upright which allowed me to “trap” and compress the ball with my irons. Nice how quickly this aid worked and it is much better than holding an alignment stick. After you learn how to deal with the looseness on the end of your club it will help your game.

Simple and Effective Chipping Training Aid
The Chip Stix is simple, inexpensive and works very effectively teaching a chipping technique giving immediate feedback. Anyone who practices using this training aid will improve their chipping technique.

Very poorly designed product
I never write reviews, but this product deserves a beware for other considering purchasing one. The product is very basic and should be easy to use but that is not case. The rubber piece that fits over the butt end of the grip is only 1 inch deep, so it does not fit securely over the end of the club. As a consequence, it is not firmly attached and bends at a steep angle with each swing. It cannot maintain the straight line from the club which is the entire purpose of the product. Don't waste your time or money.

it’s alright
this aid keeps my hands a little bit too forward, but overall the concept is pretty sound.
