I liked the book, it was perfect for what I needed. I check patients in a nutrition office and wanted to give them a little more feedback on Sports Nutrition, on how they are doing, and check their improvement. The tables are very useful and the tests are simple and easy to apply.

Norms for fitness
The Norms for fitness is the perfect resource for testing and measurement of pre and post performance training. I have used many of the tests in the book for my students. I would recommend this to any Performance Specialist, Strength and Conditioning Coach or Personal Trainer.

Good at its purpose
This book is to provide a set of data for comparative purposes in populations and tests which are not widely published in the literature. There is very little data out there regarding how youth athletes for example, perform at certain tests. This book attempts to address that.Its not groundbreaking, however, it is a nice reference which is its intent. Nothing more.

Intellectual BS
I sent this back because it's worthless. I went to college and remember texts that I was required to buy. The joke was that's how they get sales. Of free will noone will buy their (PROFESSOR'S) bks. I thought this might be different and useable; but it's not. And I'm very good w/stat. So I made a mistake and returned bk. EVEN FOR FREE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
