Not the same ingredients

I had been taking this product for several years and it was working good. Suddenly the company decided to change the ingredients and it started bothering me so I no longer take it. Just a warning to anyone looking to buy this if you've been taking this specific kind, it's not the same as the old one.

It really works

I take one just about daily for my IBS and it really works! Apparently I must have a shortage of "good" bacteria in my gut and this makes a big difference. Much fewer IBS symptoms now that I take one daily. Highly recommend
