Perfect for insulin and nitro spray
I need something with space. This is perfectI use Tresiba and nova log. I also have nitro sorry and glucose tabs to care in a small bottleIt holds it all inside in the netted areasI also need to carry needles and Then ALSO patches for my freestyle libre(I lose things so keep it all together)Check. The patches I have in the outside pocket. Inside are my needlesI took several pictures to show different ways of putting things in and how much it held. The only way I would not use it was with the spray in the outsize zipper compartment. The is slim as you can see by my thumb. It’s long. Longer than my hand. And my hand is just a bit longer than most women. I can reach 8 easily keys on a piano. The width is not overly wide either. This will not fit in a back pocket or inside pocket of a jacket. It will probably for in a winter jacket pocket(but then you don't want your insulin in the cold)Jacket with the square oi let's in the outside. Probably 80%In your purse? Perfect. In a tiny purse? NopeBriefcase? Yep.This is well made. I carry it everywhere. Absolutely no wear or tear. I haven't slipped in the ice. It's very well insulated. So if you are going out and about and keep your insulin in the fridge(i take mine out for one month at a time so it's not refrigerated) but it does stat cool. I have tried it.I hate the bulky insulin holders. I ordered a regular one and this one to try out. My husband immediately got the other one.You cannot go wrong.I also but an electronic tile I jeep in the front of let. If I leave it somewhere, I open my phone and it shows me the last place I was. Or if I'm at home, I simply click a box in the program and it starts beeping so I can find where I laid it down.Perfect, as far as I'm concernedIt has a D-clip on it so you can clip it as well.

It works
I add ice pack and keeps insulin pen cool. Plenty of room. Best of all the wild bright color helps this forgetful woman remember where she sat it down!

Diabetic testing equipment
Really nice setup. Holds all my testing supplies and insulin pen's as well as a 2 day supply of my medication. Stays cool, not cold. Has straps that I can secure to my EDC bag when I'm on the go. Also a spot I can put pertinent information should I experience a medical emergency.

GREAT!!!
I had a cheap velcro insulin wallet I used for 20yrs that I loved. Lost it. Searched all over online and bought a few. This one was one of the least-expensive and ends up being the best for my needs.I use it to carry pens, bottles, syringes, inhalable insulin and a blood testing machine. It’s outstanding. It has two velcro straps on the back you can use to fasten to things (though I’m not sure what exactly.)It’s got a silver lining inside I’m guessing they say is for insulation but it’s not super thick so I’m not sure it’s very cooling. But unless you’re in insane heat I don’t think it’s an issue for every day common use.It has two zippers and what feels like a durable exterior. It’s become my favorite case. There’s a lot of room inside.(It’s not a hard shell protective case.)

Didn’t stay frozen long enough.
I froze these for days before my trip. Put in insulated lunch box with my meds. Took the 45 minute trip to the airport, flight cancelled and got home 3 hours later and they were completely melted.

Just the right size!
This insulin case works very well to keep not only the insulin pen cool it also has space for my glucometer, lancets and pen needles. It is half the size of my previous travel kit and the colors are lovely.

Go to insulin travel case
This is what we use to carry our sons insulin when we have to go somewhere. We have a little ice pack that fits great inside and is small enough for our son to put in his backpack when out with friends and with the ice pack it keep his insulin cool for the entire day. He also uses it to keep his phone in when he's on the bench playing hockey. This allows us and him to get his Dexcom reading whiles he's playing. It has enough padding to be protective so that if it's dropped or banged around a little bit, the phone and insulin are well protected. We have two of these for both my wife and son to keep things in when and if needed.
