Beware: Most of the reviews for this product are from other products. Most of them don't apply to the "Headphone Adapter 3.5mm Jack Adaptor Charger for iPhone".When I use the adapter to listen to music, the audio "clicks" and breaks in-and-out. The audio is fine if I use an original Apple accessory to listen to it, so there is nothing wrong with the audio or the phone or my headphones. This device does not work well on my iPhone XS.

I like how it looks but I never got to try it because I broke it by cutting through the package and the dongle before I could use it. I am ashamed of myself.

The only issue is that phone calls won’t go through the aux cord. Otherwise it’s great.

Sometimes my phone doesn’t switch over the audio to the jack once I plug it in (the phone’s speakers keep playing). Sometimes I have to unplug it/replug it before the audio switches over.

Use it in the car for to charge while getting audio output to car stereo.Using phone for GPS can drain battery so this keeps it charging while plugged into car stereo for audio from GPS.

The adapter didn’t last two months. Used it to connect my iPhone Max to my car to listen to books & podcasts on the way to/from work. At first it was good. Started to have connection problems after the first month and then the adapter completely stopped working this week (bought April 20; unusable by June 25) Audio quality was just okay when it worked although at times there were noises behind what was playing. Disappointed with the quality of the adapter.

Didn’t work as wanted to charge phone while have music thru sound system in car. Once in charge mode too, sound buzzed horribly. Not for auto use

Does not work as expected. Yes it charges and audio passes through simultaneously. BUT you can not answer phone calls, talk on phone, start music play, or change songs (7 plus)
