Fit tight spots
Got this to install a 2.5" SSD to an HP slimline PC with a 3.5" slot. The machine was not made to upgrade so there was not a lot of attention paid to facilitate the HDD. The opening would not accept a regular cage but fit this unit perfectly. It was tight to get it in there but once there it provided a stable surface to mount the 2.5 " SSD. Be sure to mount the 2.5 inch drive before putting the cage in so you are only dealing with tightening one set of screws not two. I'm really happy with this unit and passed the savings along to my customer who was appreciative I saved him money! I would recommend this product to a friend.

Converter Bracket not universal
There are 3 products on the same page. To be clear I am reviewing:Dual 2.5" to 3.5" HDD & SSD Converter Bracket Converts 2.5" Notebook Hard Drive to 3.5" Desktop Hard Drive Bay Mounting Bracket AdapterThis product is well enough built and has holes matching 2.5" drives. However it only mounts into the 3.5" bay via side screws. If your 3.5" drive mounts into the drive sled via the screws on the bottom of your drive this product will not mount. Some brackets for sale have all the standard 3.5" mounting holes and some don't and unfortunately the ads don't specify.

Did exactly what I expected for a very reasonable price...
I switched over to a 2 TB SSD and needed a solid holder to fit into the hard drive bay of my desktop (Dell). This bracket fit perfectly with my Crucial drive and I had no problems whatsoever installing it. It's simple and solid and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another one. It even has room for two SSD's, which is superfluous for me but a nice feature.

Dimensions are imprecise - must force SSD mounting - otherwise OK
The SSDs are a tight fit. The screws holding them can be made to fasten by bearing down and kind of angling them to get them in. But the piggyback can be made to work and it's reasonably priced. Enough space is allowed for the data and power connectors - good design - and no problem installing the thing in the computer's bay.

Ehh it does what it says
Bottom slot of HHD is very snug fit. Actually have to bend metal a bit to fit in correctly. Once you do that it's fine. If I was going to make it, I would allow for a little tolerance and add felt or something for vibrations. But it's fine. You won't have issues with it.

Sturdy and Accurate Screw Holes
But, the holes for the screws that mount the bracket to the case is the same as those which hold the SSDs to the bracket. So, they are not the same as the screw holes in a 3.5 inch HD. So, I could not install the bracket in the shock absorbing HD bay of my case. I ended up installing the bracket in the floppy drive bay, which of course, was empty.I am debating whether to take a star off for the screw hole. Maybe, the bracket deserves 4.5 stars.

Not perfectly sized
The inner folds of metal on the item were not quite folded to the right width and the SSDs wouldn't fit in it, so I had to "adjust" them a bit with a pair of pliers and some muscle. Still not a perfect fit, since it's the main fold location that's the problem, and you can't easily change that. Not enough of a problem to make returning/replacing worth the effort for me, but next time I'll opt to pay the couple extra dollars for a better product...

good value
Was adding a 512Gb SSD (brand: Inland) to desktop machine. The SSD mounted perfectly in this enclosure, and the enclosure mounted fine inside my old HP Pavillion in a 3.5-inch bay.
