Not my favorite
Having done the Ideal Protein diet once before, I'm back on the low fat low carb bandwagon. This cereal bar was pretty mediocre in my opinion...good texture but a wonky flavor. When I have to eat 3 protein "packets" a day, I get particular about what I choose to consume. But I like the brand and some of their other offerings better, especially given Amazon's limited selection.
