OK if you want hurry sponge but you need to add some boosting flours as product alone taste not good, so enhance it with either vanilla essence etc depending on what you are making.

Easy to use. Good plain sponge mix you can add what you like to. Have been enjoying an apple cake or cherry cake with custard on chilly evenings. So convenient and quick. Well pleased 👍

Country Range Sponge Mix 3.5kg is good value for money, Excellent for making big cakes or loads of cupcakes etc. It works fine as it is but can always be enhanced by adding extra eggs or butter/Marge or sugar etc to the mix. Delivered quickly.
